I think that it is awesome to be able to hit 240 (Yes, I don't have one of those super cool weapons and my strength level is sadly not 99). I think that this change makes Runescape a bit more alike other games, both in a good and a bad way. The good way is that it actually makes Runescape clearer. I don't agree with those that says that this new system would be more confusing. Most games also uses the words "life points" or something similar, not hit points. Before, when the Hitpoints numbers were so low it also created confusion for those who came to RS after have been playing other RPG games. In these games you often have a few hundred life points at least. In these ways this change was a good one. Plus of course that it looks much cooler :D I can however also understand those that gets confused and thinks this change is a bad one. The hit points system is a big part of the combat system, which makes out a huge part of RS. Of course changes to this has big effects, even when it is a change which really isn't a change. If you understand what I mean :P. But I still think this update was a great one :D

Finally runecrafting gets a high level content update. I have waited a long time for this one. This will be awesome when I soon start training my rc to 99. Thank you Jagex :D :thumbsup: :mrgreen:

Thank you for your posts everyone. An extra big thank you to Chad for bumping this blog, if you hadn't I wouldn't have updated today tbh. I have been very busy with school lately and it will probably stay so in the near future. I have a lot of tests of importance so I won't be on RS or here that much. But I will try to update this blog as often as possible. Recently I have been training summoning. I'm now just 15 levels of all skills 70+, with this level up: I'm making saratrice familiars at the moment: I'm mixing my summoning training with GOP, since once I'm done with this goal I want to get started on my 99 Rc one as soon as possible. Wish me luck everyone :)

The first article was awesome. That is something you should have to read before you're able to post in the rants forum... The second article was a great one too. It is important to remember that we have to keep this community friendly. When the differences in between the masses grows this will probably become harder. As more and more players gets higher and higher levels, new players will feel more and more left out. This will make it even more important to have a friendly and open community. If the high level players treats the new players in a good way, and the new players treat the high level players in a good way, we will have a wonderful community. Sadly we're quite far from there today. Let's all hope we come a bit closer to this in 2010.

Finally I have completed my farming goal! After a much longer time than I had excepted and after I had spent much more money than I intended too :P But it was worth it! I will probably keep training farming every now and then. Mostly I will probably grow herbs, since I can make money of that. My main focus now lies upon Summoning. I'm going to train this skill to 70, which won't be that easy. But I will of course do my best :) Once I reach 70 in Summoning I will have level 70 or higher in all my skills :mrgreen: I started out with summoning today:

I have done quite a lot of farming today. Now I just have another 26% on my objective to go to my farming goal! I also reached farming 67 today: Just 3 more levels to go. Hopefully I will be able to get to 69 tomorrow, since I'm very close to 68 farming already.

It is not the ultimate patience tester really. I would say that that is fishing. I find that worse :P.

It depends fully on what skill it is and also on how much you play. And of course also on what you compare with :P If you compare with a 99 70 is of course much easier to accomplish. Awesome 99s. And even more awesome goals. 500M bank worth especially. Perhaps you could upload a bank picture? It would be very interesting to see how far you have come on that goal. That BoB picture doesn't work, it's just a link to Swiftkit. Another interesting thing would be to know how many quest points you have. Since one of your goals is a quest cape. That is some awesome skills of yours. And you have some really nice items and equipment as well. Still you have at least one very expensive 99: Prayer must have costed you quite a lot of millions of gps, right? We're both going for the same goal, 70+ in all skills.
