  1. Yes but only in a way of restricting items they already give. Like what you can cook on a fire (requires a certain lvl), heating up a stove (turn all f2p stoves into old fashion ones). Here's one: Restricting wildy lvl based off Firemaking. You'd have to burn down a wall of trees (as in burn one in a row) to get to Greaters for example.
  2. I like the idea, but it probably would be a new p2p monster attribute rather than a thing to all monsters. I think jagex should release the ability to play as a monster, that would be aweseme.
  3. Its the same thing in p2p.
  4. Because it happens to high alc for a decent penny... most lvl 48 or so monsters drop steel which high alc for a TAD less. Please tell me you don't think people use those items from monster drops? Most of the lvl 20s walking around with steel/mith bought them in stores or their friend gave them to them.
  5. Rangers can kill a mage faster than a melee on p2p. Rune darts/knives with Crystal bow or maybe Magic long w/ Whip. (You need a long to outreach mages spells... atleast in duel arena) With rangers switching between whip and darts and bow, they can hit mages for max damage at all times. On f2p, Meleers with their scimmies and Rangers with steel arrows, rangers just barely do more damage on no armor. Mages don't have time to step back far enough to outreach a shortbow ranger (and get more than a few shots off), making it impossible for them to win. Meleers can wear vambraces giving them only -3 mage defense. I like the bubbles idea, because I like bubbles. A way to not give out new items to f2p would be to attach a negative mage defense to all meelee weapons, especially the fast ones (except dagger ofcourse). If jagex wants to release a f2p update that also helps p2pers, they can release a weaker version of splitbark to f2p, makable by p2pers.
  6. Most skills cost more than 10gp per 1 xp to raise as fast as possible (in the buying case it would be instant) Much worse is that 200 mil could easily result in 20 mil xp, 99 prayer would no longer be rare. Jagex does have something like this in Miscellania and I think thats the closest it will ever get.
  7. It sounds like a nice idea. I'd rather have "elemental knuckles" than gloves though... (like brass knuckles).
  8. Maybe if you could prove you have another account, or if you serve time helping others with tutorial island, when you make a new account you don't have to go through it. I don't think jagex wants player interaction, they won't even let you talk until after, and they give that speech about talking nice.
  9. The market seller in the Eastern desert town could use a "Trade" button.
  10. I like the idea, and the practicality. However I wonder how long it would take jagex to program that, since they can't even have us input our own text into game outside of the chatbox.
  11. Agreed, its not like robins are worth much now anyway. I don't think the first few should give bonuses.
  12. Hmm ok... What if it was put in along with a new training ground?
  13. Good point. Bubsa, thx, any idea on what the bonuses should be?
  14. They aren't barracades. I don't even know if they could be useable in wildy this is for monsters only... They aren't food, or normal chairs.
  15. Hoops of Fire: Skills required: Ranging/ Firemaking/ Smithing / Woodcut 3 Types of Hoops: Small: lvl 30 fm, -20 range accuracy, can take 5 hits Materials to make: 1 mith, 1 maple Medium: lvl 50 fm, -15 range accuracy, can take 10 hits Bars to make: 2 mith, 1 maple Big: lvl 85 fm, -10 range accuracy, can take 15 hits Bars to make: 3 mith, 1 maple What Hoops do: Hoops act as a blockade. You can range behind them. You place them, and light them on fire. (need tinderbox) Monsters attack the hoop instead of you. You cannot mage behind hoops, because the metal hoop absorbs all the damage instead of the monster. In order to range the monster you fire through the hoop and at the target. I don't know if hoops would work in player vs player or not. Some npcs destroy hoops in one hit, others can't even hit them. If you fire through a hoop and hit a target, you do +1 damage than you would without the hoop. Hoops are smithed at lvl 60 small, 64 medium, 68 big. You add wood to it after and don't light until you use it in combat. Lighting gives +150 xp.
  16. I'm all for catapult changes. I don't see how lvl thing will ever get fixed unless there are seperate games for +80 combat or w/e.
  17. It would promote account sharing or borrowing
  18. Melee has protection against range prayer for players only Mage has protection against melee prayer for players only Ranger has protection against mage prayer for players only Those bonuses are the only attack bonuses you get while wearing this stuf... and the defense bonsuses are all +0 except for a drag ammy. Mages have +97 magic plus defense bonuses now. Melee have +99 accuracy plus defense bonsuses. Rangers have +145 or so... Full robe set would include every slot except ammy, ring, and ammo.
  19. These are obtained by killing Blessed Beasts (lvl 127) for blessed blood and pouring it over a normal robe. You need 42 slayer to get the blood drop. You can also theive blessed beasts after getting them down to half hp. You need a special needle to theive and can do this during combat (lvl 80 theiving required) "Dwarf robes" can be bought in a Robe shop in Dwarf city. Ofcourse they don't fit you perfectly :P The shop has trouble selling them to dwarves, but knows they are something special since they got them from the Incando dwarves. They don't know whats so special about them. They are fabricated armor and with the blessed blood they become enchanted, and look like a fabric version of ranger, mage, melee armor. When worn they disable prayer but give the wearer protection against either range/mage/melee. (based on whichever version of robe you have) They offer no defense other than that, but give accuracy bonuses: like +150 range, +150 melee, +100 magic. You can't weild a weapon while wearing these, except for javalins (and then range only). Crossbow bolts can be fired from a minicrossbow within the sleeves of ranger armor.
  20. I think jagex expects mid-lvls to buy members... thats when most do according to polls. F2P is a money drain... by not giving you any. Besides I'm all for a wealthy middle class. Also if someone gets members early on... I'm all for their early support of jagex.
  21. I'm tired of clicking click here to continue. Aggie- takes too long to make those dyes. I'd much rather jagex have a "dye making animation" if they are concerned about the "dye market" and mass production of capes. Dwarf NPCs- They need a "Check quest button" A good fixed example would be those who teleport you to RC places. That dialogue was terrible!
  22. THe inability to crumble (attack) the walls in Castle Wars was a disappointment to me. Something like this POH idea would make up for it.
  23. If I have to pick a class that perm messes up my xp i'm quitting rs. I'm paying $5 a month expecting this not to happen... Games where you see this are either more elaborate to begin with, or they are membership by IP/CD key.
