agility FTW! opens up loads of shortcuts, gives you a longer run time and better run recover, and is used in many quests. also WC and RC

you can get at any time as long as you are member. it is fairly worthless, so either chuck or hang until you strat the quests (i reccomend jungle potion - very easy and not a bad reward)

no - get two crystal bows, and use one for degrading, the other to do your idea

they also can be used, when poorly cooked, to poison spears (suffix (kp)) they also can be cooked properly to heal (can't remember how much offhand)

ahem originally, trimmed armours aside from melee were members' only, but jagex changed their status. so not a stupid question, except for the caps lock

the three protection prayers stop any npc from doing damage of that type to you, but othewr players are simply hindred by it, not stopped. the best prayer outfit is full initiate, white boots, god book, dragon mace, fire cape and holy/unholy symbol

to elaborate, a mystic staff has the melle powers of a rune long while reatining all of the magic capabilities of the battlestaff
