sorry phil, but this is about the rock cake from the recipe for disaster quest - and no you cant get afterwards - but you could get lots of poison chalices. they will randomly effect any stat except prayer, up or down. they are free, and can knock off up to 49 hp in one sip - but that's rare

while i understand that you are from singapore and English may not be your first language, using a more legible way of writing would greatly improve the odds of replys and in response, no matter what creature you kill, do not kill it for its rare drops, as you will almost certainly be dissapointed. whips are 2.6million for a reaon: they are not a very common drop (and are very strong). if you are having real difficulty getting drops, sit back for a bit, put your guthans in your bank and do some skilling. once you decide that you really need the whip, go back for it, and as you will have had a breather, i think that you will simply enjoy the time there more, and so the time will pass faster, and you could get a whip quicker than you think

also, dragon square shield has a requirement - legends quest and the questless d weps are spear 2h wc axe

all herbs can be id'd - you simply are not high enough to id those 111. there is a full list of every herb type here
