ehh jah its 100% quality you numnuts, you dont even know what you are talking about 2nd of all, PEOPLE, ITS A SCRAP!!! i ask what can i do with it, and maybe rate, not to p*ss on it and say that its bad, im out of inspiritation and i thoguht it would be nice to post a SCRAP here, you know, a piece of art that isnt finished at all, and what i can use it for...

;) i dont really care about that, but it isnt how fast it is made, its originality and beauty i think, some people can do things ultra fast and still make it look good, like bob ross, he makes beautifel paintings in like 20 mins, i couldnt do that in 4 hours....

good for first try at brushing, if i try brushing it looks like its made in ms paint lol

yeah i know, but if you make it look kinda distant, with another star and put some more lightning between them like a double star, it could eb something nice :D any other ideas what i can do with it since its just a scrap?

i really like both, but 1st the best, 8/10 and 7/10 , but your current one is also very nice, maybe use the new one, just for the change :)

well because its rate the BG and not rate the SIG i'd say, 7/10, nice job, for a sig, just like other said, add a border, maybe a different kind of font and font color, like gray so you can actually see it ;):D

what i did to make a border was pretty simple, make the rectangular shape thing, soom to 200% and select a little away from the edge of the image, to the other corner, same as select all, but at a smaller scale, Select -> Inverse and then use like white paint bucket and experiment with the layer style, it sounds pretty hard, but its very easy

oh come on, if you DID make it in flash, it was a very bad sig ;) i like it from jagex, but i think the monsters actually look worse than on rs2, they gave more detail to the world, but they skipped nice detailed npcs, and what bothers me the most, bad detailed items, like ground scale and horns and stuff...

With premade surface (and generated terrain??) I don't think that's realistic. I'll give 5/10 since the text isn't too good. first of all, what are you messing around in these boards? scrambling up some text? 2nd, what do you mean premade surface and generated terrain?

well i was bored to near death so i decied to make a decent and better looking sig than the old wanna-b nebula one made 2 versions, plz rate! 1. 2. 3. V3 is with grey font, i agree it looks better 4. V4 : edited the font a little, still gray, btw i decided that the not rusty border was the best one ;)
