Rune squares are like rare as now: nobody makes, wants, or smiths them; there's no need too. Nobody wants them. I've seen like a handful of F2P players on RnuneScape with rune squares. I own one myself. i once saw a 111 at cwars with one.

Actually rare means also hard to optain. Rare doesn't mean if you see anyone wearing it. Rare has different terms. Both of you are correct.

No. They are normal players, even though they are the top 3 in rank, they are NORMAL PLAYERS. They may have worked pretty ----ing hard to get where they are, but they do not even deserve crowns. The crowns would also confuse people with player mods.
