Do you only want to train, or do you want drops too? For only training are the red spiders in security stronghold the best. For drops and training are moss giants the best.

I'm mining 3,5k iron ores to make steel bars.

You can kill HAM followers for ham clothing, they are in the HAM dungeon. You can make another dramen staff, go to the Entrana Dungeon and kill skeletons for a hatchet, cut the dramen tree and make another staff out of it.

I'd say barbarians, they aren't difficult to kill and there are safespots. There are more locations in the ranging guide: http://www.tip.it/runescape/?page=range ... .htm#spots

My favorites are emperor and book of spells. I don't listen to them though, I got iTunes \

Well I did like hardcore some time ago, but i listen more jumpstyle and hardstyle now. Some good DJ's: DJ Marcky DJ Massiv vs. The Rebel DJ Fox vs. Chicago Zone IMO hardcore isn't all the same, it's about the melody not only the bass :)
