The Ahrim's Staff is the best with 65 crush and 68 strenght. The obby staff (Toktz-mej-tal) also got nice stats 55 crush and 55 strenght. The mystic staves have 40 crush and 50 strenght. God's, Ancient and Iban staves got same status as mystics.

Yes, but I would change the kiteshield for a defender, but i bet you don't have that so kiteshield is good. Remeber to bring some teleport runes like 1 law + 1 water + 3 air just in case someone try to kill you.

Rock crabs give fast exp. They are in East of Rekella and north of Camelot. But if you got Druidic ritual quest kill Chaos druids in edgeville dungeon in wildness level 4, they drop lots of herbs, very good to level up herblore.
