By the way Abc, you should consider reading up on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cognitive_behavioral_therapy It's a non-medication driven system to help people who have anxiety disorders (such as social awkwardness, etc). Positive there's probably books at your local library for it even. Basically, it tells you errors in your thinking and how you can change that. I remember reading up on it a few days ago just from shear curiosity.
