  1. Really? I thought it was quite good. Saw Inception yesterday, really well done film.

I saw it last night and was really impressed, I hadn't really seen any films with Di Caprio in before Shutter Island but he's left a positive impression.
  3. It isn't that it is worse, it is that it is getting progressively worse. Since GWD, getting drops worth 30m+ is commonplace. the amount of time it takes a skiller to get that much money is way out of proportion. The main problem then is that the proportion money making due to MH'ing has grown far far far outweighs the money making through skilling has grown. It isn't solely down to botting though, the introduction of the GE has had a large impact on the effectiveness of skilling as a moneymaker. The whole economy seems to be in a pretty dire state when you consider the merchant clans that can buy out an item if they feel like it, getting rid of bots won't solve many of the problems we have ingame right now (although it's a step in the right direction). Surely though the graphs on the first page show the large effect that bots are having on the prices. I can't imagine any other single thing having such a large effect. I guess the problem is bigger than I previously thought. Looking at some of the pictures of CT green dragons and the amount of botters there highlights your point.

  5. I don't remember a time when skilling was ever that profitable anyway. Runecrafting double natures was once the pinnacle of making money, but that was limited to a small number of people. Cutting yews has never been that profitable in all the time I have been playing RS, neither has mining anything other than runite or fishing for that matter. Combat has always been the way to go for making money, I don't see why that should change just because bots are making skilling even less profitable.
  6. 30k exp for thirty minutes running around is decent.
  7. Sure, why not. (I meant it to be like a file location you would find on your PC. C: being the harddrive I think.)
  8. Sour grapes I think. Iniesta's dive at the end led to the goal. When they showed the replay, he was 4-5 feet in front of the Dutch player when he "tripped" and fell over. In regards to the first half, getting all ball is a clean tackle (although a kick to the chest, not so much). I can't seem to find a video that shows the close up, but if I do, I'll be sure to post it (unless someone beats me to it). If I'm thinking about the same incident as you, one of the Dutch players clipped Iniestas foot with his hand.
  9. Sour grapes I think.
  10. Iniesta was about two metres onside, I think the issue was that a Dutch player was fouled in the build up. Too bad Webb didn't see the corner (he was the only one who didn't) on the other side about 30 seconds earlier. Blame the refereeing all you want, Spain deserved to win and it isn't like Holland didn't have their chances. I thought Robben would put those chances away, but that's the difference between winning and losing right?

  12. If the Dutch are going to be whiny [bleep]es and complain about the ref they need to pull their fingers out. Van Bommel and De Jong were a joke, I don't think I've seen a worse tackle than the latters karate kick.
  13. Mark Van Bommel is possibly the worst tackler I've ever seen, he throws himself in like a striker and yet he plays in front of the back four? Horrific.
  14. Quite simple, how do I work out how many sc hammers I need for Construction? I know they last about 50k exp but does that mean I divide the total xp I need to gain by 50k or what?
  15. Watched Taken again and now Tropic Thunder.
  16. Hoping to make money for 90 Cons, then maybe do 90 - 95 with SC hammers.
  17. Omfg i'll re upload. Lol it's my internet dw.
  18. Can't see the pics but I'll go for a 9.
  19. When you done properly, what do you mean?
  20. I was looking at saving for 95 Construction, but I figured I could save half my cash if I got my butler to take logs to the sawmill first. How much xp/hr would I lose doing it like this? Alternatively, how many logs could I run to the sawmill per hour?
  21. Thanks! :^_^: Got these yesterday, apparently 95 Construction will cost me 65M~ if I don't use sc hammers. :???:
  22. #38 Thinking of stopping slayer and training skills. I had an idea of getting some up to 95 so I could always do an effigy by myself, so I might start barrowsing again for cash.
