Quiet Before the Swarm 24-Jun-2010 & Free to play quest changes
Wow, they knowingly allowed a minority of accounts to gain a massive cash boost without doing any work? Jagex are [bleep]ing stupid.

Quiet Before the Swarm 24-Jun-2010 & Free to play quest changes
Wow, Jagex better do something about the people getting rich off those boots. It's little things like this that convince me that don't always think about the updates they put into the game, it's worrying really.

Hoping to finish up 90 Herblore this weekend, getting this whip was very helpful. #35

Ignore List & Name Changing
At some point the icon disappears so they won't see your old name, but it's really random and I don't know what determines it to be turned off.

Riff's Road to Taskmaster
Heh, I'm making 1k of att/str/def so I guess if I ever train past 90 I'll make magic and range to balance it. :)

Spent the money from the whips on speeding up Herblore, should have 1k extremes soon. :)

World Cup 2010 - South Africa!
On the subject of punditry and the media, it's awful in the UK. I can't decide whether I hate Adrian Chiles or Mark Lawrenson more. At least with the likes of Adebayor and Redknapp in the studio you get a bit of banter, but it's so sad when the commentators try and make a joke out of every little thing.

World Cup 2010 - South Africa!
I'm glad we won, but I'm worried that Rooney isn't going to be able to live up to the expectations of the country in the further games. He looked like he was trying too hard tonight and he doesn't seem to be as sharp as he normally would. Ah well, let's hope we don't face Germany in the next round.

Summer Goals & Achievements 2010
Not sure really, would like to try and finish my goal of getting Abyssal/KBD/KQ heads in my POH but that's dependent on luck as much as anything. I'll make some progress towards all 80+ I guess, not planning on playing a whole lot though.

Can I get some advice on this workout?
Is this a decent programme? I've split it up into three days (Mon/Weds/Fri) and split it up as Myweponsg00d suggested (Chest+tri/bicep+back/legs+shoulders) plus doing ab work everyday. Are these exercises good and is it a viable way of building muscle mass as a beginner? Monday (Chests/triceps/abs) Dumbbell bench press - 2 sets of 6-8 reps Incline dumbbell bench press - 2 sets of 6-8 reps Seated triceps press - 2 sets of 6-8 reps Tricep pushdown - 2 sets of 6-8 reps Ab crunches Wednesday (Biceps/back/abs) Dumbbell bicep curl - 4 sets of 6-8 reps Pull ups - Until fatigue? Lat pulldowns - 2 sets of 6-8 reps Ab crunches Friday (Legs/shoulders/abs) Dumbbell squat - 2 sets of 6-8 reps Leg press - 2 sets of 6-8 reps Leg extensions - 2 sets of 6-8 reps Seated dumbbell press - 2 sets of 6-8 reps Machine shoulder press - 2 sets of 6-8 reps Ab crunches I wasn't sure where to fit ab exercises in, so advice on that is appreciated. Also, I couldn't find a dumbbell alternative for deadlifts which you suggested as a core part of any routine. Is there enough variation/sets/reps in my routine?

World Cup 2010 - South Africa!
I don't know what's worse, the fact that half the team played like they wanted to be somewhere else or the fact that the manager refuses to mix up the formation when it's clear that having Heskey holding the ball up for Rooney doesn't seem to work. Everyone in England is screaming for Rooney to be put up top with Gerrard just off him, the only bright moments of the game were the interplays between the two scousers. The entire game was a joke to be honest, Algeria deserved to get more than a point in my opinion.

World Cup 2010 - South Africa!
So after watching pretty much all the matches and being disappointed, I missed the Uruguay game and then the Argentina game because I was at school. /sadface

Not really, it's all been a bit cagey so far. I enjoyed the England game the most, but only because it's my home country. Portugal vs Ivory Coast was a letdown.

LeetChecker v1.5!
If mods aren't going to lock it they could at least leave a reply saying why it's allowed to remain open. Ah well, just another unimportant piece of coding from 3HU that I won't be using.

Tip.It Times - 13th June 2010
Nowhere did I say that you are an idiot should you spend money. I believe you read it wrong. I wrote "certainly everyone who wears clothes like that is not a money-spending idiot". So, in layman's terms, I said no one who wears clothes like that is an idiot. You're right I did read it wrong, apologies. :)

I was disappointed as well, but it's a win without Robben and they have plenty of time to build up momentum in the tournament.- Tip.It Times - 13th June 2010
There's nothing wrong with spending money on items to make your avatar look good, you could make a case for anyone that spends money on this game as being "an idiot". Lots of people spend cash on things like 99 Crafting, but who can actually say they regularly use the skill to make things? It's a game, let people play how they want to. - World Cup 2010 - South Africa!
