  2. The smith machine is the only rack we have at my gym, so I would have to stick with dumbbells. Sorry for not clarifying, but yes I am trying to gain muscle size. I think what I'll do now is take all this information away and possibly talk to my gym instructor about setting myself a routine, and hopefully I can also talk to my parents about my diet and changing it to suit my exercises. Thanks ever so much for your help, it's been really useful and I feel a lot more confident about upping my regime than I did before. EDIT: What can you recommend for warm-ups/cool-downs? Should I do a run or some stretching or what?

  4. I played a couple of games earlier after not going on MW2 for a couple of months, I really think the online gameplay pales in comparison to BFBC2 now that I've played both.

  6. Thanks for the advice. With the compound movement exercises, how much difference does it make if I use dumbbells as opposed to a barbell? My gym is very particular about U18s using the smith machine and they won't allow me to use it until I'm an adult. I'm 17 at the moment, but it's still a few months away. I've been watching a few yt videos to try and see exactly how the exercises should be done, but do you have any channels in particular you could recommend for learning new exercises? If I'm splitting my exercises up, would I say go on Monday and do chest+triceps, Tuesday back + biceps, Wednesday legs+shoulders, Thurs cardio and repeat? Thanks again for the advice! :)
  7. My friend introduced me to free weights after doing a few months of resistance machines, and I wanted to know what to add or improve on with this routine. I'm not sure but I feel it's missing some back exercises, but I'm not 100% what I need to add to it. All in all it lasted about two hours, but anything over that might be too much at once so how would I go about splitting it? Bearing in mind once my exams are over in a couple of weeks I'll be able to go pretty much everyday.

  10. At maxed melee stats I repot when I hit 118, so that's when my stats are drained by 7.
  11. I'll be rooting for England obviously but I'll try to watch as many games as possible, it'll be interesting to see whether Spain perform like they can and whether Argentina suffer because of Maradona. I'm gutted Rio Ferdinand is injured, we really didn't need an injury like that.

  14. I was thinking of raising my rc to 80 at some point, and thought that I could use GOP to mix up training because it can be a bit tedious. What's the best way to win tokens and are there any guides for improving token rates? How many can I expect per hour if I get good?
  15. I think I fell into sleep paralysis when I was waking up the other day. I couldn't move any of my body and there was this voice shouting stuff in my head, it was pretty odd but not all that scary because it was morning instead of night. :mellow:

  18. The POH thing annoys me the most, I can't see why Jagex keep releasing updates without bothering to check them for glitches. I'd much rather have this DirectX a few weeks later than have to stare at my house like it's something Tim Burton shat out his rear end after last night's curry.

  22. You can sprinkle a turd with glitter but it's still a turd. I never enjoyed this minigame that much so I doubt the rewards will ever tempt me into playing it for long.
