Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2
I gave Danger Close a go for the first time today, using Grenade Launcher/AT4/C4. Needless to say it was hilarious on Ground War... Got up 125 kills in a couple of hours.

Best workout for me?
Well I'm 58kg at 5ft7 with a BMI of 20.1. I've got a skinny build so that's why I'd say I'm just under weight. My instructor told me to do at least ten minutes of cardio as a warm-up for my workout, but obviously if doing too much will take away from any weight gains I want then I want to avoid that. How much would you recommend I do? I'm not looking to get myself absolutely massive here, just put on a bit more weight and tone up a bit more. I just looked at the workout you sent me, would the things he recommend effective enough with dumbbells as opposed to a barbell?

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2
Yeah I pretty much never used the RPG in Cod4. The worst thing about prestiging in MW2 to me is only having the RPGs for 5 levels. I've never actually used Danger Close with them, its probably ridiculous, but I find I can get multikills fine without it. I love Skidrow because firing a rocket down either the hall or the tunnel is usually a double kill. Wow mario you really did all that? I mean seriously is boosting really that bad? It sounds to me just throwing on SitRep so you can see the tactical insertions is all you really need. It's grown to a new level. The boosting community in general has grown... there are a lot more of them now and its becoming a big problem. They already destroyed FFA, now they are coming into other gametypes and we may see those destroyed unless we do something about it. I imagine the first to go will be domination or ground war domination matches. I played some FFA matches earlier in the hope of finding some boosters to kill, in about five lobbies there were none. Just unlocked C4 again and used it on Capture the Flag; 12 kills in two games which I thought was decent.

Only decent thing I've ever managed was four kills with an AT4 when I was in a lobby with my mates, quite funny though.

Best workout for me?
Well I just got my gym membership back after about a year of leaving, and I wanted some advice on the best routine I can use. I'm not 18, and my gym won't let me use the smith machine until I am so I am limited in that respect. I'm just about underweight, and I want to gain muscle mass as well as improving my cardio fitness. I'm planning on doing a Mon/Weds/Fri routine and possibly something like swimming on Sunday. I'm not planning on buying any protein supplements just because of cost. Any help is appreciated, specifically with technique because I imagine a lot of things will be new to me and I don't want to injure myself. Cheers guys. :)

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2
I had an amazing game just now. My KS set-up was Pred-Harr-Pave because I was doing some challenges, got them almost straight away but then died. Then I got them again almost instantly, and ran around the map getting a ton of kills (this was on Afghan). It was one of those odd games where everything seems to go your way, I took full advantage and ended on 44-4.

Were you refering to me? I snipe because it's most efficient on large maps. I use thermal because it makes it even more effiecient. I'm not one of those "Check out my 1337 quick scope sniper skillz" people. No not at all, more generally the people in lobbies with ridiculously generic names and an Intervention title/emblem. I just hate how some will run around a map with a sniper, getting an average score and then claiming to be amazing at the game.

I love how people think that if they can snipe they are godly at this game.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2
The matchmaking in this game really screws over groups of friends.

*THE* Nomad fight guide.
Great guide, did it on my second attempt with ease.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2
Here's a little story about a game I played yesterday. [hide=]The map was Estate, so I decided to camp out in the house with an intervention and a spas-12. I got two kills fairly quickly from people running towards us, then Isaw that the other team was spawning near thr greenhouse so I switched to my shotgun. As multiple enemis ran up the stairs, I realised I was either going to die extremely quickly or get my killstreak rewards in a speedy fashion. Thankfully, it was the latter. Almost immediately after my harriers came in I had a chopper gunner at my disposal, so I went and hid in a bush and called it in. My score was going up, but three kills short of a nuke my chopper went away. I closed the laptop and took down one person who ran past me. Entering the house through the basement, I noticed a tactical insertion in a hidden corner of a storage closet. The game was barely haflway done, so I crouched behind said insertion and waited patiently with my spas-12. The rest of my team could not take over the house, however, and the score began creeping closer to a finishing mark. I was in a do-or-die situation, so I ran upstairs shotgun in hand. What I saw next was an enemy carrying a sentry gun. I dispatched him, and quickly ran back downstairs to avoid being killed. As I went to my spot behind the insertion, the player I had just killed spawned in front of my eyes. I pressed the trigger, but to my horror I was met with a knife in the face as I fell to the floor. 24 kills, 1 death.[/hide]

Got another nuke.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2
I was one kill from a nuke and got killed by a level four no prestige with an unhealthy obsession for noobtubes, got my own back on the next map by just about scraping together 25 kills no deaths. ;)

Forgot to mention I played a TDM earlier where I went 51-4, didn't have nuke unlocked so had two chopper gunners instead.

Well personally I'd swap Bling for Scavenger/Marathon and just have the red dot sight. I'd also use the stinger instead of the shotgun so you can help take down enemy air support. As for claymores, I find semtex or frags to be much better as I almost always get a kill with them. Ninja pro isn't a bad choice, although personally I use commando pro.

Settlers 3 & 4 - Have you Played it?
I used to play Settlers IV a lot as a kid, bought it again a while ago for nostalgic reasons and it's still pretty fun.

I love the aggressive gamer types that tell you to learn some "skills", whilst they run around with a sniper and pistol barely making a positive k/d. I really don't understand how I can be called a worse player when I get higher than them on the scoreboard.

Prestiged for a second time now, always fun starting over again. :)

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2
I'm quite lucky when that happens, because usually the other team is awful as well. Less competition from my team means more kills for me ;)

Battlefield Discussion Thread
I wasn't a fan of the original, but I downloaded it anyway to give it a go. I don't know what it is about the game that I don't like, perhaps it feels too heavy and clunky.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2
I decided to set up nuke today, got one in my first game which was quite funny. People take this game way too seriously sometimes, although the glitchers are annoying because they actually don't have any skill.

Some guy messaged me and I asked why I killed him when he was on a 24 killstreak.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2
Meh haven't really played recently because of my NAT settings, but finally managed to get my first collateral today after an overdue wait. Unfortunately the wait wasn't worth it really, got a an easy double kill on the plane on Terminal after tactically inserting. It could've easily been a triple.

Assassin's Creed 2
I finished the storyline and unlocked all 20 pieces of the video, I have to say the storyline far surpassed what I thought it might when I bought the game (I never played the first game).
