Does anyone else think the emblems and titles are a neat addition? I think they should tell you how to get them, but there is so much choice it is quite easy to get a unique combo.

I haven't been playing much the past few days due to MW2, I may cancel my membership and resubscribe at another time.

Haha I had no idea the care packages could kill people. I've been using the FAMAS and the Tar mostly, and the MP5 on maps with more close encounters. Is the SCAR a good weapon? I'm not sure I've seen many people use it but I could be wrong.

I'm loving the online play right now, most of the maps are great for Search and Destroy which is what I've been playing. The customisation online is amazing, so much to choose from and none of it seems overpowered from my own experience (although riot shields are annoying.)

I got mine yesterday, played a bit of online because someone told me the leaderboards were being reset at midnight (they weren't). Managed to complete the campaign as well, absolutely epic is the only way to describe it.

I watched "The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus" at the cinema recently. I thought it was pretty good. Also saw "The Men Who Stare at Goats" yesterday, which was pretty funny.

I've wanted an Abyssal Head ever since I started Slayer, I've had about 27 whip drops and killed well over 15k demons and still no stuffable drop. That is the most annoying dry streak for me, and probably the longest.

I can't believe that some people are trying to justify the changes to the PC version as making it more "balanced", I'm a console player and even I'm not stupid enough to deny that this version has really screwed PC gamers over.

I haven't been able to get on the past few days, but I got 86 Farming yesterday and 85 Fishing a while back. :thumbup:

I'm not trying to argue against soloing or anything but I just want to say this My most recent dry streak was 200+ Kree kills (Not very uncommon), without even a shard. Let's say I soloed all of those, and lose 400k each trip (Will probably lose more most of the time), that's 80m in supplies gone. I know what you're saying but it's not 80m, its more like 15m, you did the math wrong. That I did... very stupid mistake and it throws my point right out the window, that's what I get for doing math at 2 am Actually 200x400k = 80M. Now if you said he calced what he was losing each trip was wrong then ya. It isn't 400k a kill though, it is 400k for a trip of 5-6 kills.

Thanks for the reply haven't had one of those in a while. :-P I've been finding it really refreshing doing a Farming run and 2% Fishing per day, it doesn't take very long so when I have more playing time I can mix it up with other things. I've been chipping away at the Ardougne AD, I think I'll try and finish it over the next week, it should be useful for ZMI when I get around to it and in the meantime I can use the lamps on my Runecrafting. :D

At 85 Fishing I get access to Cavefish, but what is quicker exp? That or Monkfish?

To clear my stance up, I've never complained about the lack of high level content. In fact, I rarely complain about anythng jagex throws at us. I dislike the fact of rs turning into a get 99 everything race, but I bear with it. I'm okay when requirements are within reach, even it will take me weeks to get it. But 93 summoning? 91 smithing? These are levels that even a high level like me who've put hundreds of hours into the game and say, W T F. If you want a goal, there're always 99s for you to go for. But a diary completion really should be within the reach of us normal players instead of catered to <1% of the rs population. 6002 players with 93 summon/1m (say just 1 million total rs players)= 0.6%. There's a reason it's called 'elite'. Obviously I'm preaching to the wrong crowd here. If you're posting here in the middle of a Tuesday, you're NOT the typical rs player. Don't think I'm a lvl 100 here with an 1700 total. I've played rs since feb 2002 and rank 40,000 on the highscores. Just within the hiscores 40k/2m I rank within the top 2% of rs players. But no, that's apparently nowhere near elite according to jagex. the 0.6% I gave earlier is a very conservative estimate, I would say that <0.5% of rs will get access to this piece of content. Jagex should not expect even all elite players to achieve those elvels. You do realise it is evening for people in the UK right now? And while only 0.5% of RS players will have access to that content now (assuming your numbers are correct), more will be able to access every day as people get their skills up. If you don't want to raise your skills to that level because it isn't fun, or you don't think you can do it without sacrificing a social life, then just don't do it. I find it quite ironic how you are implying people with the skills to do the elite challenges have "no life", yet you find time to whine on a forum about a game.

Jagex has released plenty of mid-level content over the last few players; more than enough to keep mid level player occupied. It is about time they release some incentives to train up to higher levels, and I'm glad they are rewarding high skilled players. Although, I'm not surprised at your comments. People complain when content isn't hard enough, so it only makes sense that they would complain when it is "too" hard. :roll:

I've been doing my Farming runs everyday now, along with some Fishing. I should be done with Farming and Fishing (level 90) by about Christmas time, although I might power fishing a bit and get onto something else a bit earlier. Obviously can't do that realistically with Farming as I can only do one run a day. I'm interested to see what the elite reward is for the Ardougne AD, Jagex have been releasing quite a bit of content I can't access recently so I might have to prioritise my skilling. ;)

Here is my opinion on your list, obviously in the end it should be about what you find fun so take it with a pinch of salt. Black demon - Blocked, too long. I would do these, they are great experience and crimson charms. Dark beast - Not 90 yet, but heard they are usually skipped. I don't normally skip these, they are good experience. Gargoyle - Skip, cbf with hammer. Granite mauls are worth something nowadays, and hammers aren't that annoying. Greater demon - Do em, good crimsons + clues. Not great charms, one to consider blocking. Skeletal Wyvern - Skip, too hard, too long. Worth doing for the crimsons. Spiritual Mage - Nearly 83, should these be blocked? I wouldn't block them personally, they don't dorp charms but dragon boot drops are fairly frequent (1:120) and worth a bit of cash. Warped terrorbird - Blocked. Consider unblocking these, profitable and great experience. Waterfiend - Blocked. Best crimson charms you can get via Slayer, I highly recommend you unblock.
