The legs are too big. And if those are shortened arms will have to be too. To visualize Stand up and hold arms down, it comes down ight past your hips on the thighs at the finger tips. Halfway between hip (around the beltline area) to the top of your knees. Also the full strecthed out armspan is roughly equal the figures height. Now leg to torso porportions is all genetic and up to you. Also depends on gender

im not done with it im gonna add some depth with burn and brightness contrast tool and add some highlights to the body using a light white brush or one set to screen

I don't know whether im gonna digipaint or some other style. Whichever i chose its my first try at that style All critique and suggestions are welcome! 1. No stock images or anything used....I only have my good 'ole Fender Strat' sittin beside me and the photoshop pen tool. And it took awhile to get the curves right and i got a basic shading done.....note i haven't yet added depth I just noticed some of depth shadow got erased (will be fixed next update) FIXED 2. Added depth. and higlights also smoothed out lightly. Also drew a silloute of the rest of it with the pen tool Also about using the gradient, if you know the actual guitar shape the back ends folds back and the top even more. My light source is from the right and the left back of the body is dark and the top left is slightly darker 3. did some more brush work on the body, still havent smoothed it out yet, converted the plate(idk what's called) to white added the black stroke to give it some depth. Also added the connection ports and string holders(watever there called) and changed base colors to grey and did some shading with a white brush and burn tool. Also added strings and base color for the neck

id say use a php script to access database and im sure php can draw an image or add on to it you will just need to input some coordinates try googling

Those are all the same style or most of them What you mentioned is technically techniques (say that 10 times fast!) I just don't like that abstract grunge stuff whether you make it or get the render yourself. It looks cool sometimes yeah, but there's 2 much of it like the pixel art here on tip.it and it takes away from the true artists who do that who really excel and are something very unique. I don't really know what to define style as but its not that Now if your not using copyrighted images thats cool...I'm just saying i rarely use other peoples work. Most images i use like that are photo's i took myself or found off stock photography (which i rarely use). Its just my forte. And one more thing vector....i dont see a single vector up there :wink:

You will see an AGP slot above the PCI slots( the pci's are in an evenly space paternn and the agp usually wont be, thats a simple way) Now this is IMPORTANT If your using AGP video card Check your computer manufacturer, or motherboard handbook, or you can look on the motherboard for a manufacturing name google it and find the model and find the agp version it supports. So you dont short circuit something

All i said was i didnt like that syle. if u want to flame me fine then I never said it was easy, it can be hard getting it to come out right but yes i can do all that If you make your own renders/bg's thats good, kudos to you your better than the most people who rip off google. Now my critigue/"flaming" to your comments 2 ways of doing that the render layer with color on top with a blending mode (possibly a texture layer). Or hue/sat ctrl+u Once again Image>adjustments>Brightness/contrast Ok i can agree getting awesome text can take some time to perfect but nothing to brag about as its not the focal point of your piece Right click layer(i believe thats right) click rasterize so it allows you to do more things to the text layer and perspective is ctrl+t (transform) right click perspective and add some layer styles to it for shading/shadows/glows/strokes/etc On the layers pallete clicking belnd(or watever it is) and click overlay I'm just saying i dont like the syle as it is normally two googled images slapped on top of each other with blend modes and some text. It requires SOME skill but you never get invovled. Good for you on making the renders/bg's yourself (not sarcastic) but as for the focal point characters they are most likly googled. Create one where you made everything no copying and pasting and ill reconsider. Try creating one with a background along with a character that reflects the game.That is a lot better. I won't lie and say it doesn't look cool but artisticly that syle sux im not saying you suck so dont flame me. im personally just not a fan of that style. But since you challenged me to make one i will wont be as good cuz i never make them but ill do a pretty good one since you challenged that i could not whew....just try a different style. Photoshop can do so much more than filters and blending modes....the possibilities are unlimited!! Plus that syle is completly overused ...not that much on these forums but i like something different

I can write a php script for you. I just gotta learn how to make the password change on its own every 2 hours or so. but that shouldnt be too hard to do something very similar to the random image thingy( i would think) once i figure out how i set that up and it activates a php script that changes the database fields to blah blah pass and info such as time last changed and time changed now. then when they buy it i.....acutally new idea in the middle of writing this Set up checkout sysem....And have the download page for a song and it will accept multiple passwords that are stored in a database. When the person pays for the song it sends them to a next page and activates a phpscriipt via POST method which sends a sql query to the database inputting a password, creation time, and termination time. Then set it somehow for that record to be earased from the database after an hour or so

good work for that syle ...but that syle of work is so overused and overated i kinda hate it jsut pasting a game pic or something on an abstract background with a blend mode setting

Pretty good now just coloring and shading just 3 problems Right guy's hair floor wall the hair is awquard floor and wall seem to perfect and unlike brick where some is worn away and slightly short of perfect at least add some grout to it and you should be good to go....at least in my book

NICE how ever i do agree to chop off some of the mech thing as it takes away from the focal point. Also might i suggest a smaller height as that big green space is just weird and if you fill it up with anything then the image would be ruined so smaller height might fix that and also help with the focal point

Yeah there's a lot to prepare for in football. The world cup is the biggest competition in the world. Theres is a hell of a lot of conditoning for football (soccer), read up on how much they run in one game. Plus who your palying and their style and tactics. Also the teams aren't together all the time like in here in America (Im English). The world cup is every four years and their with their clubs. Such as David Beckham in the Spanish Premiere league for CF Real Madrid. They got to practice together and get to working as team where the can almost read each others mind out on the pitch. Plus 6 months gives plenty of time for the Riots. And If you lose the blame doesnt go on a team but usually on one person. Such as David Beckham in 1998 The whole country hated him after the world cup because he was tripped during halftime and fought back earning himself a red card. He was ridiculed and had death threats and all kinds of stuff. So there is a TON of pressure. Yeah you have to really be into football to understand it tho Now what teams are yall going for ENGLAND - hopefully they can retain their world cup glory I've already ordered tracksuit and jersey from EuroSport (soccer.com) Also a question for those who know- Beckham is England captain again right?

Don't really fancy anime anymore. Did when i was younger i rarely watch any cartoons now as there not as entertaining anymore. I haven't watched anime in awhile but i recently have seen Spongebob (yeah), Charlie brown (classic), that avatar show thingy (it was gay), I watch southpark and family guy regular. Mostly what i watch now are CSI, Comedy Central, Sports, Saturday Night Live, LOST, TRL, Home Wreckers, Punk'd, Southpark, Family Guy, I occasionally watch Discovery with things like mythbusters

Cool i live one hour away in goldsboro, thats where i plan on going for Engineering - Roadway construction or aeronautical - Has the best computer science and engineering programs. I Plan on doing a double major or minor in something like entreupenership(i can't spell) as my dad went back to school and got his masters in business and mathematics and now runs 3 companies with about 350 employees. 1 of those being me. But i've always been a technical person, i like things down to the nitty gritty details. So its business or Engineering...most likely both

If your a windows person like me i DEFINITELY suggest into looking into buying a 64-bit cpu such as the AMD 64 ( I think it's the only as of right now) As the new windows Vista, originally codename: LongHorn, is scheduled to be released in spring 2006 (originially summer 2005) is a 64-bit OS meaning the old 32-bit 98, ME, 2000, and XP comps will not be able to run it. It's supposed to be lightning fast (although that can vary computer to computer depending on your RAM memory, and type. HDD memory, and connections(IDE vs. Serial....the latter being more efficient). And things like the graphics card in video games and rich, high end multimedia content. And also getting viruses and worms will slow you down too. Security is supposed to be better but there is no invincible security system "if man built it, man can break it" - the same as with "locks are for honest people" But then again it mostly depends on where your using this, what it will be used for, internet, and remember to think ahead and not of just now.
