Why do people think they do mass bans? Does it really make sense that Jagex collects thousands of accounts that are confirmed bots to simply ban them all in one day? Don't forget that people's memberships expiring and causing them to be taken off the hiscores is also a cause. Sure. Alot of players could have let their membership expire for this month. But you forget it is mad may and people would want to reap the 250k bonus XP reward and 5k Loyalty points that will assist in the claiming of Tier 4 auras! Only fools and sensible people would let their membership expire this month. It's probably easier to massban than to go through the banning process for each account 1-by-1. I don't work at jagex, I don't know what systems they have in place. Maybe it takes a search and a click or it is a long winded process of drag-and-dropping into the banned-bin.

Why don't you get 99 runecrafting first... 99 fm will take around 43 hrs (not counting the xp needed to get to the level required) if you use magic logs and will cost, alot of money. If you tryhard it can be done in 26hrs (not counting the xp needed to get to the level required). Again using magic logs...

You get given rune ess and you gain rune ess for siphoning the creatures.

I couldn't possibly put an exact time figure on it but it would be around 130-140 hours? Assuming you do the best xp all the time and are highly efficient. You get there by using the teleport function on your wicked hood OR by going to the RCing guild entrance in the Draynor Wizard Tower. You require nothing to use runespan.

In terms of psychology... Free-will is a Humanistic idea, that we are independant of our Biology, Cognitions and Cultural Influences, all of which guide behaviour. While I am not too savvy on Humanistic Psychology, I have some knowledge in the latter three. Biologically speaking our behaviour's are products of the endocrine and our anatomy. Thus behaviour will not be a cause of free will as we already assume that behaviour is a product of our genetic make-up. However, a counter arguement to this is that there are no genes to explain certain behaviours (I think it was Janis and Janis). However, it is fairly safe to assume that free will doesn't exist here, because you know, we don't have much control over our bodies bar movement. Our cognitions and schemas prevent us from deverting from them so in terms of free will, you would have free will within your schemas. And there are plethora of theories relevant to socio-cultural psychology as to why free-will is fairly non-existant: Conformity, Group Polarization, Group think e.t.c I personally agree with the OP. When faced with a decision that aparently has "free-will", for example choosing what I will eat for lunch, there is actually no free will based on various reasons. My allergies (biology), What I like eating (cognitions) and what my culture (social-being) deems acceptable to eat are all factors of which determine what I would actually eat for lunch. (It's a bad example but it ties all the points nicely together) Seeing as there are restraints on such decisions such as eating lunch, it can be applied to other scenarios. I'm not big on these whole "philosophical" debates but I felt I should offer, my very limited, psychological understanding on this anyway.

Ganodermics are roughly 1.6m/hr (on average) on budget gear. But you can often get 2m+ depending on seeds.

As much as I would agree with this, Hedgehogs advice is really only applicable to someone with 70 prayer and has piety available. Considering the person in subject only has 50 prayer. Getting 70 would cost ~7mil. But yes Prossy + Verac Top is better.

RFD gloves are the ones that can be bought from the Chest upon completing parts of the Special Quest "Recipe for disaster". If you haven't got any of them use a combat bracelet (it is better until you get gloves 8). On further consideration, you should buy an obsidian cape as it provides very good (and cheap) defenses. And if you are considering slaying, a black mask provides a 15% boost. And guthan's platebody/Torag's platebody have better defences than verac's brassard and is only 30k more (guthans plate body is atleast).

Dragon Boots and the best RFD gloves you have are available. Seeing as you cannot afford Bandos (Chestplate and Tassets) it is better to opt for "Cheap Barrows" such as Guthans/Torag's (Legs and plate), other alternative "low cost setups" include, V skirt + Rune Plate, Rune plate + Dragon Plateskirt. Black Mask/Slayer Helm are always going to be helm of choice. Helm: Black Mask/Slayer Helm = 1m, if you cannot use black mask, Neitz or Berzerker helm Barrows Chestplate = ~500k (seeing as you have torags legs, I suggest torags plate or guthans plate) D Boots = ~200k (sell your bandos boots and get these instead) Barrow Gloves (RFD gloves 10) = sub-120k Or a combat brace if you do not have access to High-tier RFD gloves. For the weapon: A whip (on controlled) will provide good DPS and is low cost - 400k. But a whip is by far the most useful. I still use a whip and I am near-maxed combat and 92 slayer! Ammy = Glory Cape = Ardy Cape/Legends cape Ring = Tokkul-zo/warrior ring (or berzerker*)/Ring of Wealth *expensive Slay using Super Atks and Super Strengths always and use good food, Monkfish/Sharks along with Bones to Peaches tablets until you get summoning for a bunyip. Other misc slayer gear you will need include: Initiate/Proselyte A weapon with a good stab bonus (D Scim, Korasi) Prayer pots. A leaf Bladed sword (also has good stab)
