I can't choose which stat to get to 99. Fletching is too common, yet mining is too hard. Oh well, these capes are going to rock. If they accidentally make them tradeable i'll laugh my head off.

I have the exact same goal! (I want 99 for those capes now). I just finished mining and banking 10,000 iron. I'm mining 20,000 coal now. 75 mining. Only 10 levels away ;). Good luck!

They sound cool as. Question though, will the f2p people be able to get f2p 99 capes? I think it would be a bit harsh if they didn't. Looks exciting. How long do you think 99 mining would take me? :P LOL

It was a good idea for new players. It won't effect skilling in any way ( except maybe spinning) so it does not wreck it for anyone. It's gonna help pkers heaps though.
