I think there's already a stickied topic, or there was a topic that was alive for a few months but has seem to disappear I think? If I'm wrong: Although this is a good idea, I don't think this should be done. An entire forum dedicated to jokes would be the opposite of off-topic. And I really can't see anything positive coming from that. That also would throw out a sub-forum, and sub-forums aren't really wanted too much. I guess the best way to go is a sticky topic in OT possibly? But then again, this sticky may die, then pick up again, and die, over and over again. I would like to see a topic however where I can go and read jokes that lighten up my day.

Yes, I think those and drop rate %s should also be considered spam, unless you have concrete proof to back it up. It's very annoying for someone to speculate something thats been speculated over, and over again. Especially when they have no real proof and its all hypothetical self-opinions. This does cause more damage then good. Jagex may get flamed, users spammed/flammed, and probably very little positive things.

My screen size has always been 800x600, I can play runescape at the largest with it. The system restore thing didn't quite work...and it took a day to 'restore' everything-.-...although my comp isn't as laggy lol.

800*600 is like really small... 1600*1200 is like a bit bigger then normal I'm on 800x600, and its larger then 1600*1200. ^^ Lol then i think there's something wrong with your comp... :P lol...in viewing 800x600 it is larger, in measurements it is smaller. this is true and if u deny this, seriously go check it out-.-
