PC would gain money :P. Just remember DON"T BURY! use someone's or your own guilded altar. It'll make everything 3.5x cheaper :P

i think bandits might be a bit too high... idk, i usually just pc or cw.... Affliction is great and basically, as long as your 5 or more squares away, it's a safe spot :P

DONT MELEE HIM... IF you use range or mage youll only need to worry about his mage attack, thus you can use prayer... but if you melee... then you're going to die because he'll use mage and melee which both hit 30+ damage... I personally did fire bolt until he was low on hp and then used d mace special with accuracy prayer, I was lucky not to get killed :P. So mage or range... or you could let the gnomes kill him till he was low on hp... then you deliver the last blow...

So, a few things: 1. Dungeon entrance in a garden? how does it work/have to connect to the dungeon? 2. Dungeon stairs... where do they go? how do they work? do they connect to the dungeon entrance in the garden? (see above question) 3. Any house planning tips you guys may have. Thanks!

well, whenever I go to Mexico (not being racist here), it does help me with my bargaining skills =P...
