  1. i'll have to disagree by saying that i was thoroughly disappointed by that game. TES3: Morrowind was a MUCH better game.
  2. none taken, i figured that's what your intentions were. ;)
  3. i can't think of any good reasons why high levelled dungeoneers would prefer doing warped floors instead of abandoned. oh wait xp and tokens
  4. that being said, voice chat for runescape could make things easier. i hate going to nex or dg and have one or more people say "skype? nty"
  5. what i meant was this 1m = $5 is NOWHERE near the price of gp. if you could sell 1m for $5 i would quit my job and play runescape merchscape full time. serious merching could get you over $100 an hour. edit: for the record i don't rwt. but if it were 1m = $5 i would really start considering it, seeing as the college degree i'm working towards wouldn't pay half of what runescape would.
  6. i have been in a clan they really aren't anything special in runescape outside of nex, dungeoneering, certain minigames, and arguably corp.
  7. dwarf weed, lantadyme, snapdragon are good options.
  8. i would argue that DFS > CKS at DKs. +5 magic attack and +7 strength are far more valuable than +2 stab and +17 ranged anyway i think arcane is better than both of them there anyhow.
  9. my favorite part of the BBC article was when they said that 1m gp = $5 :D
  10. fair enough the technical best ways train smithing are - mining iron by the dwarf mine resource dungeon and superheating the ore as you mine it (doesn't slow down mining) - superheating runite or adamant bars at a bank the best way to train crafting is to cut gems. emeralds are good if you are low-budget. do rubies or diamonds if you are very good at making money in f2p.
  11. when i did it, the fastest method was spirit larupia teleport run to eagles nest fly to desert steal feathers duel ring teleport to castlewars repeat
  12. get a job for a week to make $ to get membership one week of even the [cabbage]tiest wages should set you up for members for life
  13. tl;dr means "too long; didn't read". it means your post needs to be more clear and concise. so basically, people suck at managing their life, and let small things affect their life. two examples: a person who loses their money in runescape by being lured to the wilderness decides that he will quit entirely playing video games, something he enjoys. he convinces himself that, since he had been playing too much due to a lack of moderation, he will quit entirely - an act showing his lack of moderation. he now no longer enjoys that part of his life. a person who watches a particularly bad episode of family guy decides that he will quit entirely watching television, something he enjoys. he convinces himself that, since he had been watching too much due to a lack of moderation, he will quit entirely - an act showing his lack of moderation. he now no longer enjoys that part of his life.
  14. no unholy > eeks > spectral at nex
  15. what if an orthodontist works 4 hours a day, 4 days a week, and makes $100K a year? he's not doing enough? for him to play 6 hours of runescape a day would certainly not interfere with his job, and would still leave plenty of time to be social. you are trying to put universal restrictions on parts of people's lives that are highly dependent on the context.
  16. i think that's a great answer. however it seems to conflict with statements like you are saying "use your common sense" to determine how much is an adequate amount of contribution to society, but say "common sense is not enough" to determine how much is an adequate amount of runescape? what?
  17. No but it'd be better, at least they contribute something. what's the magic number, then?
  18. so it would be all good if they worked 30 mins a week?
  19. tl;dr anyone who doesn't work 100 hours a week should be euthanized?
  20. good drops to get in LS: charms as well as anything that is worth more than its ge value or anything that is worth much more than your LSP pile - for example, getting a torva plate in LS would be good. so would getting a divine sigil bad drops to get in LS: anything that is worth less than its ge value or anything that is worth around the total amount of your LSP. for example getting a spectral sigil would be bad (only because getting a divine later would be preferable, and now that you have no LSP you will not likely get the divine.)
  21. also got 70 nature and dragon dagger drop from abyssal demons with ferocious ring just now
  22. why even bother nexing if you don't know what the hell you are doing? lol lol lol gl getting even one kill
