Go to the grand tree, then up one stairs, and then to the east, yoiu will see the cloth shop icon, trade with a gnome over there, and the gnome will sell you all kind of gnome clothes...

you could just auction it on the official runescape forums, and sell with what you are happy... I think it's 500K - 1 mill now, but i don't know for sure...

I'm mining with the device now, and per trip i have about 10 arrows lol... Though you have 2 move around to get an arrow... so this device is useful when training agility i think... the arrows go right in your amo quiver... not in inventory...
