id like to play the game myself and not get everything fomr friends thatt akes away abunch of the fun

being given a mith short sword just when i could use em

being given an adamant battle axe then i got pked when i had it with me...

I go 300K+ full zamorak from a friend when he quited, and from another friend i got 500K worth of rune items + 100K

Ummm.... just now actually. I got some of the new zammy robes from a TT ( full set) along with 2 guthix pages, and a wizard hat(t).

Yeah anyways, nicest thing I think someone has done for me was go out of their way to smith full steel for me when I was a noob. That's one of the few things I remember about years ago when I first joined members... I don't think anyone has done anything nice for me since then, but that's OK I guess, it's better if you earn your items.

i was in the bank late at night me and this other guy and he is poisoned and skulled and asked if i had a poison pot and i said no i dont know what that is so he sat there explaining then he died and i got full zammy 3 dragon longs 50k chaos and obby shield

Arow gave me 15M, Scopey lent me a santa.

When a friend of my friend - a guy i'd never talked to before - heard i was into magic, he gave me a black mystic top (this was about a year ago, when they were worth far more than they are now). I didn't even have the defence level to wear it :P From then on i made it my mission, first to get 40 defence, then to save up until i could afford to buy all the other pieces.

Blueboy86 or something like that helped me so much on my first day of classic. Showed me around, gave me full iron, always helped me really.

 

 

 

I did have my colour set too low for the first few days though, so I didn't really remember much of it :oops:

On my first day in members, a level 100+ gave me 2 rune scimmys and a rune battle axe. I was about level 45 at the time, needless to say I almost fainted :shock:

one of my freinds gave me 100k to start merchanting with after i quit for a year

the other day someone said they were buyin sliced bannanas 1 mil each in fally, ran to sarim, brought and cut bannanas. sold both for 300k...nice for me. he tried to sell at 200kea lol.

Also back in rsc, when i was level 44 a level 96 swapped his r2h for my rune long as i couldnt afford a r2h and i needed one :P

The nicest thing happened to me? Joining this site and meeting a bunch of nice Rs players, not Rs items, people. 8-)

Hm... I've got a couple.

 

 

 

My first day in RS, I got lured and PK'd in the wildy (the guy had to drag me right up to the fence to be able to attack). When I respawned, I cursed the air for a minute... then a guy approached me and said, "you need this," and gave me full steel armor and a steel b-axe. I used the armor for months until I bought a rune/addy set for Dragon Slayer.

 

 

 

More recently, I had a trading friend contact me in frustration about a Treasure Trail sliding puzzle that was bugging him. After struggling to implement my strategic advice, he sent a screenshot to me over MSN of his reset puzzle. I edited it in Paint, a few moves at a time, and sent it back. After thirty minutes, we solved it. To thank me, he gave a black mystic top, hat, and legs. Definitely one of the nicer rewards I've ever gotten!

A friend found 25m in the wildy (I know this sounds just way too ficticious, but I know the guy well, and he had the items to prove it, which he before could never have bought), so he gave me 300k for free.

I was selling black and mith kite but someone just bought both for 100k total and logged out.
