For wc xp willows have it hands down, you just can't beat them. However if you after fm xp and as you said, gp isn't a problem, then go with yews. The extra xp just keeps adding up with yews, which means you have to burn more. BUT, if you want to train wc then fm then deffinitely go with willows \

For food and xp i'd say BABY BLUES, However i'm pretty sure they don't drop clues so then go with hell hounds. Baby blues are a hell of a lot faster xp, there bones give 30 xp per i think when burying. Really its up to you. :P Do you want clues or not \

Oh i do see, however i was talking about F2P :P P2P has many different options and its almost a shorter walk to get to the wildy rocks then to get to the Heros

TBH, there really arn't that many ranging spots that have great xp with even better drops. You have to decide on what you want more, drops, or range xp. For range xp i'd say do lesser demons as there GREAT for xp. However, if you want drops i'd say go for something like fire giants or dusties.

Heros is a great place to mine rune as to what i've seen & heard. Every time i go through heros to recharge my glorys, there always empty. Some of my friends are rune miners and they say that sometimes they can never find a rock, its so hard its incredible, however, other times its so easy its insane. They deffintely recomend it over going in the wilderness and risking your self, wildy is also a hell of a long walk. Hope i've helped :)

I belive this is currently the best place to cut oaks in F2P, its close to a bank & theres 4 trees :) willows are also close for when you lvl or want a break &/or just to chat to people

you get averagly 7 feathers over 100 k chickens (yes i've tested it lol.. just to prove my friend wrong, he said you'd get 11).. soo if i put this into practice, you'd get around.. mmm.. 21 m feathers! lol :P gl

there really isn't to many other options for "fast" xp without "blowing" to much :P i sugest you make deaths, minds, airs, hell anything you like, then use them to get magic up the runecrafting acts like a break in between mage lvls so its not so tiredsome

you know what my rule is? Don't spend more then what you got in the bank, eg: i want to buy a wip for 2 m so therefore i must have the 2 m + another 2 m in the bank, don't spend more then what you'll leave youself with. This way, you never go broke :) But, back to your question. It all depends what you want the wip for, if your going to train slayer or pk or anything that you need to hit fast & hard for, sure get the wip. However, if its nothing of real importance and just for show, hell go for the scim, but once again, you still have to make up your own mind at the end of the day. if you do decide to buy the wip, and you go broke.. then get you cash back asap. You can always collect herbs, sell 11 stacks for 1,5 k each, go kill dragons with your new wip :) sell the hides & bones, or you can even merchant. .its really up to you. hope i helped, even in the slightest :)

it depends what you want,.. you can put full rune on and never hit as some people have suggested... OR, you could put on your best mage outfit, and head to pc. .theres plenty of monsters there you can usualy always hit, and if you win. .you can get points to put to mage or another skill of your choice. :) like i said, up to you
