Religion: In the very beginning, our elder gods were arguing about the destiny of the cosmos, while one were writting our fates, others were just sitting arround a warm fire eating ice. When the time came up, the choosen one to lead our destiny opened its eyes and starting screaming: A divine signal. Then, the armies of the mortals fell in battle to know those words of wisdom that will lead the race to a golden age... For our fathers did, we remember today by saying "moo" at least 23 times in the day. History: In the first age, when the gods sent us to this terrenal world, we choosen to drink a very odd sustance that our fathers named "Hipotetramultilexodioum of antipenta-antimooooooonium" that we choose to simply call "Hi-moo". This Hi-moo (a gift granted by the gods), was our holy grail, it keeped us plenty and happy and even gave us our very own armour that some inferior race that walk with only two feet called "leather". After this, our elders knew that they had to preserve this sacred element, so they made a giant chamber made out of bells to protect forever the reamining tears of "Hi-moo". The age of war: An evil and greed emperor known as "Cowtasious III" wanted the power from the holy tears, so he declared the war to the rest of the Bouvine countries. This bloody battle ended with a massacre of more than three thousands of milk lost. When Cowtasious died, one of his adepths started the second cowly war by taking the title of main leader of the northen empire. His name was "A-Calf Milker". He took over half of the world to search these sacred remains of "Hi-moo" by "slaughtering" many cows. Finnaly he found what he searched, but because his evilness he dissapeared... But according to the KGC, his body was found in a leather form with the inscription "Touched by the sacred one". The golden age: After we found the tears, our advanced scientifics and mages discovered a way to impart this power to the masses, they made a giant machine to gather all the remain and then it suddenly...Exploded... Now that is why we all have nice black or brown dots in our white skins. Actual days:We are being chased by a new kind of menace called "humankind". That race keeps chasing us to make somehow extrange things called "boots". I hope that we can someday sleep in peace. Anyways... Who needs necromancy in a land where deads just re-born in Lumbridge? I ever have wondered why Jagex destroyed the Alchelmy? I mean, is pathetic to see how such mysterious and awesome thing is poorly tralated as click, select yew long bow, make money, repeat.. Maybe these marks are just the starting of the trully new alchemy? Something more than making gold out of whatever you cna pick up? The goals of the alchelmy are simple, first of all, It search the trasmutation. But it is not only to change an element to other. First of all, an element is a sustance that we can mix with other elements to make a compound but we cannot discompund the elements thus making impossible to compounding elements. Having this on mind the acient alchemist believed that the basic elements were FIRE, WATER, AIR and EARTH, everything is made by these elements (as today we know everything is made of atoms) and other alchemists as Parecelsus, added other elements as the salt. So, with the correct mix of these elements we can make gold. However, thanks to the moder science (the child of the alchelmy) we know that the water is a compund of the elements Hydrogen and Oxigen, same thing happens with all the other acients elements and we know that the gold is an elelemnt that cannot be compund. So, how we can mix things to make gold if that cannot be made? The transmutation is the answer, magically change the element's properties to anotehr and by that transforming it into a new element, like the gold. This was one of the alchemist's goals, so we can transform low level metals like iron into high level metals of purity like the gold. By this principle we not only could change metals, but our souls too to burn all the Karma we have and transform it into Dharma and making a new society. So this might be more than just the "high alching spell" that requires lvl 55 magic. This might be some of this, on the searching of the eternal life and somewhat more powerfull powers.
