Personally I think rare items might go down due to the shortage of money. Sellers will want to sell these and they will lower prices to make it easier for ppl trying to buy the items. That's just what I think though.

I did use the mirror on him then spoke to him about his journal. Then i tried to search his grotto but every tim i do it says I found nothing interesting. I am gettin very frustrated by this stupid quest.
