Aching muscles after incorporating a new routine in my workout. I was doing a... I think it's called tricep kickback and as I was doing it I felt something pull and an immense pain surge through that muscle. Embarassing thing is I did with the weakest weights :P That's how underdeveloped they are. Not sure what to do with the day. Spam /fg/ then perhaps do something productive.
