awesome guide,how often do you get hit without prayer with 64 defense?

On my ninth run(which just happened)on accident I didn't bring enough runes.Then verac hit me about 10 times.Then I ran out of runes.So once I got all the way back...I get a veracs flail!

Pictured above are my stats.I'm going to be starting barrows soon,using chaos gauntlets and fire bolt(until 55 slayer). Here is my current setup,(sorry,no pics)some of the stuff has options and thats what I'm hoping you can help me with. Equipped: Helmet:Mystic or Farseer Helm Amulet:Glory or Unholy Symbol(also,can you buy this without doing the quest?) Torso:Monk robes,initiate pl8,or Mystic? Legs:Monk robes,initiate legs,or Mystic? Cape:Guthix Cape Shield:Guthix Book(zammy someday) Weapon:Fire staff Ring:Ring of Life Arrows:Rune Inventory: 6 four-dose Praypots(for first run atleast,how many should I bring with 46 prayer?) Spade Lumby tele tablet + ectophial(the way i'm getting back) Air and chaos runes Rune plate and legs,should I also bring kite? Mage bow Red d'hide legs and top The rest is lobbies. D long As you can see I have a lot of questions,but please try to answer as many as you can.I was also wondering if I should be able to not pray against any brothers and what a good strategy could be for that. I've already heard different sounds when fighting people with barrows compared to rockshell,rune,robes,etc.Has it always been that way?

I'm wondering what the best way for me is to get to canifis(to bank each time after barrows),and recharge prayer.I was thinking using tele tablets to tele home,recharge prayer,then tele to canifis with portal,but I heard someone say this doesn't work. btw,I can't use fairy rings,so that method is out. any help is appreciated.

then stick with 43,i dont think 52 would be much more help.

70 50 70 to start,then 90 70 90,prayer wont help much because most people set it off.

You may want to wear the highest RFD gloves you can and just forget vambs,saves inventory space,but don't do unless you have mith+ gloves.also a god cape is definately a good thing if you can get one,so is any kind of god book and unholy symbol gives att bonus and prayer. Anyways nice guide,I may use this method soon.
