Just a quick question for you: Did you buy those arrows, or were they drops?

Personally I think a bad guy needs to be intelligent and manipulative, like Darth Sidious. You know the end result, but it was just so amazing how he used everyone and managed such a long rule.

I think this movie will always be not that great for me, because I just can't figure out the ending and it makes me angry. But it was exciting, I should of just turned off all the dialog or muted it, would have been easier.

From my friends I heard that Guild Wars is pretty fun, and they're coming out with the expansion soon (might be out already).

Right now I am 26 range and I'm killing cows, its working alright for me. If you don't want to do that I'd suggest going to fight the barbarians or the dark wizards. But one of my favourite spots is fighting the Al-Kharid guards, they are inside the palace right by the bank in Al-Kharid.

Black knight fortress is good too, then go into the banquet hall and there are 5 or 6 of them I think. Or what I did for a while was to fight the Shantay guards, its as far south as f2p can go in the Al-Kharid desert.

I like the idea. It's like Neopets they had their own time zone, and I'm not really sure if it helped because there wasn't a whole lot of player to player interaction, but in a game like RS the idea is golden!

Rapping (minus a p) isn't having sex before marriage. It is against the law and is a very serious crime, it can happen to anyone. IMO runescape should not be a place where people have to put up with that, we put up with enough on a daily basis, why do we have to look at sick names too? Can't really turn the names off can we? And when I see a bad name it does affect me, it makes me pretty angry and disgusted that some people think its funny to have names that are offensive. Also there are a lot of impressionable people out there, so having names like this might lead to more questions, and might ultimately lead to a dangerous real life situation. In fact a news group, I think it was Dateline (they're a news group right?), set up with a police force and some group that tries to educate kids about safe internet use and they pretended to be kids in chatroom to lure out pedophiles. There were about 36 guys or something, 19-65, students-teachers, and the majority of them brought alchohol, and some other things (I'm sure you could imagine). They were all there to meet some young kids, but instead they met the reporters who documented the whole thing. The whole point of that story about the sting operation was to show that there are a lot of sick people out on the internet. The internet is dangerous, so would it not be best to keep RS as safe as possible? Some people think the names to be funny (and yes I think reindeer poo is pretty funny), but humour is not transfered universally, so what is funny to one can be very offensive to others.

Yeah, kinky isn't the worst name ever, but "kinkycartoon" or something like that is pretty sketchy. And I just used that one as an example because that was the one I happened to see that day. The worst one I've seen was rapping (without the extra p) spelt out, and sure I might be a little touchy to wave the flag on a name with kinky in it, but rapping?

This is true, but currently there are plenty of names out there that would not apply to the name censoring because they already exist. So while implimenting your idea is good for the new players it does not stop those who play the game already. Maybe a combination of both would be best?

I'm sure that most people have seen some questionable names throughout their gaming experience. I know I sure have, in fact just today I saw someone with kinky in their name, and personally I would like to be able to report people with names that are gross. But how do we do that? If we report someone for offensive language would jagex say that we were abusing the system? So basically what I am suggesting is to have another option in the report abuse form, something along the lines of "unsuitable name", or something with the same general statement.

What I was thinking was that these instructional videos would be put on like the front page, not during the tutorial. Everyone hates it already, why make it longer? Even if the beggars who are too lazy to view these videos it still could benefit some of the lower lvl ppl (just an assumption, I'm sure there are some lower lvls who know how to play better than me) who want to make money but don't know how. And concerning the Lumbridge guide, I would much rather watch a movie explaining how to do something than go through the options with the guide. Maybe some ppl would prefer reading?

I was just reading rants about runescapes customer service and such and some people think that free players should be entitled to it fully or what have you. Then others think that jagex would be swamped with noobish letters like, "how do I get money," or "help me I'm poor." Those kind opf letters. So I was thinking that what jagex should do is just make several short movies explaining how to make money. For example: Someone who is fairly new to runescae is wanting to mine to make money. So they watch a movie that explains the basics, like color of rock (could just inspect it I guess), pickaxes, how to check what you can mine in your stats section, and just general info like that. The "instructional" movies don't even have to incorporate the money making skills (official skills), they could have like how to properly market your items, eg. playerofrs9: sellin steel bars 600ea. I think that these videos are a good idea and could help eliminate pockets of ignorance on how to make money. Begging might be lessened somewhat. But these are my thoughts, and I'd really like to hear your opinions on this.

sounds like a great idea but...there are some problems with it: 1) where would there be room to have shops 2) monopolizing, ppl with nothing better to do would completely take over this skill those are just some problems that i thought of when i read it but there is some good potential just needs a bit more thought put into it

I was too poor to get a gameboy, so I did what every other person did, I downloaded ROMS, and I think there all great. But the best part about pokemon was the very first season on TV, it was so cool, and Ash really was from Pallet town, lol.

lol, can tell your hooked on a certain game ;) anyway throwing a snowball at a car while its moving: worth a talking/yelling at denting the car from that snowball: $200 funny story to tell:priceless

I don't know about snowballs at cars. But one time me and my friend were walking through the park and we found some beer bottles. Anyway right where we found them there are a few apartment buildings. So my friend is like hey throw it come on, I said no, so he took it and just threw it. *BAM*, so this guy was just gettin in his van and so he started to chase us, with his van (fortunately for me, but unfortunately for the story), so we booted it. After that I decided not to do anything like that again, lol.
