The spell is actually farther away from the farming spots then the Fishing guild teleport. It teles you to the gate just north west of the north ardougne bank. Kinda sad. And the south Falador tele is also useless. Waste of programming tbh. Ah that's a shame, was hoping for an alternative that would be closer. Fix this jagex :(

There's a certain amount of randomness involved, but I have mine set to 9 maple logs, and 6 coal. I believe coal is the best non-varying producer, and 9 maple log workers reportedly produces the same number of bird nests as 10. Depending on the seeds you get, it's possible for this to result in either more or less than some other options, but overall it's quite good. The Runescape wiki has an excellent calculator for the different Kingdom options which can be helpful. Last I checked, 9 workers on maples is best if you check it every 7-10 days, otherwise the fractional nest kicks in and 10 maples would be better. But regarding that question, from what I've heard, maples and coal were the best profits atm.

Just curious if the Ardy spell is any closer (even a few seconds or ticks faster) to the farming patch than the fishing/ranging guild teleport? That way I know if I should just stop after getting the 2nd spell.

Looks like a good update, trees look great and actually make me want to wc haha. Livid farm rewards look good too.

About 5-6 months of daily farming hah. I forgot to mention daily effigy assist too :) Thats alot of farming. And yea I love giving out my assist, I got 90-95 crafting by just giving out my assist :P Hah very nice :) I estimate that I picked well over 50k avantoes or so :blink:

Hey guys, it's been a pretty good year for me so far, I've done more in these 3 months than I probably have in the past year haha. [spoiler=99 Firemaking] Hated that skill but oh well! Then I got 99 smithing: [spoiler=99 Smithing] Next wasn't a skill but rather, an item I've always wanted (yes I realize I overpayed by today's standards but it wasn't that overpriced when I got it). [spoiler=Back story]I've always wanted a green phat but I messed up big time and sold mine a long time ago: Give it 2 years and phats skyrocket, I was screwed till ft was introduced and they crashed, letting me buy a yellow phat (I couldn't buy a green since they rebounded and I didn't have enough cash to buy one at the time: Then I finally made enough to buy my hat back: And finally, the biggest and most important achievement of mine to date, 99 farming! From 86-99, I only planted avantoes, limpwurts and PICKED (not planted) papayas and Cactus spines as well as daily effigy assist (those are my current stats as well, 111 combat with summoning, 102 w/o summoning) [spoiler=99 Farming!] Finally a bank picture since I know people seem to love those, not as much as some people but I'm satisfied with what I have (net value is 1300-1350m). I apologize for the mess but it works for me, the tabs I didn't show are just junk tabs so I can fill my bank spaces up. I do NOT train combat hence the lack of armors and weapons [spoiler=Bank] Next up is 99 agility, rate/hate/whatever :)

Items by far, although the weekend gives more potential for earning xp, I hate the fact that every second can't be wasted or else that potential is loss. i don't like the pressure :S

Tree/fruit tree/2 spirit tree/Calquat/jade vine farm run for a quick and easy 500k farming xp. Agility till the multiplier runs out, then finish off with summoning.

There's a already a huge cc devoted to that idea with a middleman. Nothing groundbreaking considering the guy who capitalized on it is a very rich man now (he stated that middlemen can make 10-20m/h during slow hours and 40-50m/h during peak hours). You would think many people would eat this idea up but I've been advertising 60x2 right next to where they do their bidding and I got a pretty decent fanbase. People tend to get caught up in the potential of winning rather than worrying about statistics when it comes to what game gives them better odds.

Started seriously hosting yesterday (by seriously I mean for maybe an hour and a half lol). I lost 5m the first time around cause I really only did it for about 35 minutes and had to go and one guy decided to bet big (5m) and won and went off happily, I had class so I had to leave it at that. Then I logged on later and hosted for about 1 hour, made 8m in a single hour of smaller bets (biggest bet was 4m which I lost). I felt bad cleaning a guy but it's your responsibility to know when it's time to cut your losses. Needless to say, it's damn good cash if you need it. Definitely would do this on a constant basis if it wasn't for the fact that I hate not gaining xp. Also, owning a phat + showing your cash pile helps ease the trust issue a lot of the time. Although you have to be careful of scammers who will decline the trade and act like you took their cash if you call them out. Luckily most of them don't bother standing there constantly calling you a scammer but still, it could smear your rep if they're persistent. It's amazing how many idiots play this game. Also you'll get a lot of beggars and people who keep hassling you but overall it's worth it. I also do NOT have a minimum bet, it really does help ease people's trust for you. For example I had a guy who bet 15k the first time and slowly but surely increased his bets all the way up to 4m. So don't be afraid to take small bets, they do pay off eventually when the same people bet bigger amounts against you. Idk how to get the high roller bets to come in but I'm sure if I kept doing this, people would learn to know you're legit and place bigger bets on you. Hosting is almost as addicting as playing but you're guaranteed to make money :)

I've hosted a few games myself and it's pretty fun but I too am having a hard time finding a player base. Where are you guys hosting your games exactly? (I've tried a little northwest of varrock west bank and edgeville with little luck). I own a phat and everything so should I just advertise a little more then (I admit, I advertise for like 10 minutes and then give up)? How long does it usually take?

I literally just upgraded my yellow to green yesterday. Got it for yellow + 178 (could've gotten it for +175 had I waited 5 minutes but oh well). Seems like you have plenty of money to do so.

Yeh, it seems like Torva, higher phats are all max cash+. I gotta ask though, will it be possible to extend the limit somehow? I would honestly hate to see "street" prices come back. >.> Spirit shards are the only way to really hold more than max cash but other than that, I don't see how people are gonna add more cash to a trade without breaking the limit other than using the faulty and stupid system of junk. One person can trade like 8b in shards to another but the other person would have to add the cracker and somehow fill up 5b with other things. I didn't think phats would go back to their pre ge street price.

It's official, all party hats are over 1B (apparently someone sold a purple for 1.25B but it's unconfirmed). Red is approaching max cash rapidly. White is max cash and some more, around 2.5B Never thought I'd see the day that phats would all reach 1B each.

Purple: 870 - 890m (possibly even 900m but that's a stretch atm) Yellow: 1.05 - 1.1B Green: 1.3 - 1.4B Reds: 1.6 - 1.7B White: Not too sure but it seems to be hovering 2B - max cash Blue: ... Anyone's guess but estimates are around 3.1 - 3.5B and bonus Cracker: Unknown but I've seen offers for 8 Billion geepee I have no clue why they're skyrocketing again to be honest.... Just glad I got my yellow for 509m :)

It's called owning a business and making a living through it (in their case, a very hefty living), quit whining over every little aspect that makes them money. Don't like it? Too bad, deal with it and stop whining.

So about 2 years later after this monstrosity of a mistake: I decided to make another mistake today and buy myself another party hat, but this time it stays with me FOREVER (well until I upgrade it back to a green in free trade)! wooooo

All rares are guaranteed to rise eventually. Unfortunately the definition of eventually varies, as it can range from a month to years. Simply put, it's unpredictable as to what will happen to rares. I think they should stabilize quickly once free trade is implemented since people can quickly adjust buying/selling prices in a heartbeat but that is purely speculation and nothing else.
