    It depends on what your definition of hard is. One could be that it costs lots of money. Or takes the longest amount of time. Runecrafting, Farming - Longest to get to 99. Construction - Takes the most money.

    Well mostly personal acheivement and the look of the skill capes. Also to show off the 99 cape to people. The biggest reason is just because i liked the skill :

    world 99, our home world... just look around falador center, void knight outpost and the home portal near there... Must be a lot of people rioting, because w99 is not usually full... Oo, thats why its full. When i went to log on i was like "0mgz!! w99 is FULL!!!!" Nice update to say the least.
