To get the dragon ones you still need to finish the 8 sub-quests. So the best he would be able to get are rune. I doubt they wouldn't have put defense requirements on it though. Good luck True they couldn't use it cus they dont have 40 def!!!! Hahaha, pures too bad 4 u :P
