I learned this in a life skillz calss!!!! Ok get a note card and a pen. Number the card 1 - 5. THen put your top 5 things that you live for. Like if you had a sister or brother you would put then in there cus you wont want to show them that you smoke. When ever you want to smoke, pull out the card and read it over and over. Think of what it would be like if you couldnt do the things or see and play with the things. It works! :D
