Easiest place to fix would be Lumbridge, use each item on Bob, the owner of the axe shop. There are several others that fix it, but he is the most convienient. Also you can build an armour stand in your house to fix it for a cheaper cost (or you could use someone elses). The discount is your smithing level divided by two, and that percentage is subtracted from the normal cost.

Chances are he isn't going to be pking at level 12 combat. Once he starts training it won't matter. Not all range pures are 1 defence, my current range pure is 20 defence so I will be able to use mystic, and initiate when I start melee.

Helmet > Ammy... You should also cannon them in the Polly Well. Bring your cannon gear, 1k cballs, and a ranged pot for that as well. Range pot has no effect on cannon. And thanks for correction on my ammy/helm thing, I had it backwards.

I am 18, and I as of late I post more in this forum than most (Kent and Ladycai have also been helping a lot). I don't mind helping people, but at the same time the people have to be competent enough to look up the easy things for themselves. You have shown zero knowledge of the game, and you refuse to look on the tip.it main site or knowledge base for any insight. Well it sure as hell can't hurt you anymore. I understand you want to know how to play the game, but you are 81 ranging already, you can't get that in one day. So you obviously have played before (Unless you were given your account). When you pk is up to you, you can go pk now if you want.

You already had a thread asking about being a tank ranger, why don't you just post more on that one. Same with your 4 threads that are all about ranging, just make one instead of constantly making new threads. At your stats you are probably best off just bringing Proselyte/Initiate and praying the task. Bring like 10 Pray Pots I guess + Pure Set. Don't forget your nose peg.

If you already have 3 att, st, def and prayer, then forget it and start a new pure. A F2P pure should stick with 1 def and 1 prayer until they are at least 77 range (preferably 91), or 40 attack, 70+ str (preferably 90+). Before then its a waste of combat levels as you can hit just as high at a lower combat level by training up your specific level instead. A slower way to train, sure - but thats the whole idea of a pure! You obviously have no concept of ranged based combat. Once your range level is high enough, your combat can go ranged based if your melee's are low. With 3 attack, str and defence he is probably already ranged based, so that attack and strength does not effect his combat at all. With 99 range you could get 1-74 attack and strength in a day and as long as you didnt level hp or defence you would not gain a single combat level from those 146 att/str levels.

You sure they aren't Knives (p) ? Because otherwise I am clueless. The only other things I could think of that poisons without actually having poison on it are Emerald Bolts (e) and Spirit Scopian special.

Spirit Kyatt teleport puts you half a screen away from a ladder which is a Summoning Obliesk. The teleport isnt a scroll or anything, nor does it use any summoning points. You use dueling rings to bank at castle wars, and once you get the method down you get 2-2.5k pouches crafted each hour with this method.

I believe some people figured a good way to kill them there before, but it required 4-5 people all with chinchompas.

I would definitly say that Flesh Crawlers would be better for you at that level, you are too high for Minotaurs.

You must hate range then, because bronze are great for training with.

Or you could save a ton of money and do it my way. It works for everyone 57+ summoning, and the people that don't use just aren't thinking.
