There isn't really a standard. Some people can get 99 at PP without getting one, other people I know have gotten 5 Sceptres between 71 and 81.

F2p actually makes Jagex a decent amount of money. The money from the ads alone pays for all of the f2p servers and extra for the dev team. Having f2p isn't hurting us any.

A skillers mini-game that doesn't give XP and has meh rewards Smithing (80-88) 25,765 Bars with SC (13.39M) 38,338 Bars w/o SC (19.93M) 12,573 Bars difference (6.54M) I really dont mind saving nearly 16 hours and 6.54M, 33% less time and money is a huge advantage. You need to factor in the time taken to obtain the tools. Given the fact you can only purchase 1 per game the max you can get is 3 per hour. Therefore it will take 8 hours ish to get the 24 tools needed. That cuts the time saving in half, but the tools are still of great benefit. On a sidenote Jagex have announced their plans for the rework of the rewards, details here: http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?f=30&t=771509&start=0 Yah but the game is super fun so I do it for a few hours each night with friends anyways :D. Time to get the tools is probably around 25 minutes each, this puts it just under 11 hours to get 26 tools needed for 25.7k bars. So then what I am left with is 5+ hours saved, 6.54M saved, and some additional mage exp from SC.

I was hoping they would add small exp to everything in the game, not take it away from everything. I wish they wouldn't wait till the end of the year to do this, it seriously should have some better priority (I know the master quest deserves a lot). By the time this is updated I will have no use for any of the items really (Unless they plan to update the axe and harpoon to be better) since 99 smithing is the only stat I have left to do with the "good" clay tools. Only good thing this will do is make another rush of people, make it really fun for a few days, so many 1 itemers these days now.

That isnt really true, it gives different exp boosts for different things. It seems to favour mid level things such as mithril bars and maple logs. This thread talks about the different uses, go through the pages.

Tab 1: Main stuff, my outfit, good skilling stuff and good armour. Tab 2: Skill Capes and Boaters. Tab 3: Cash and other currencies, also keep gold things from PP and Stuffables here. Tab 4: Magic and Range. Tab 5: Treasure Trails and Quest Items. Tab 6: Herblore and Seeds. Tab 7: Summoning. Tab 8: Combat stuff I dont use much. Tab 9: Not commonly used skilling stuff.

It is approximately 1:500 based on most peoples experience. People normally get 1 whip every 3 tasks on average, the tasks are 140-199, 170 average puts it at 510 so it is accurate as you will get for an estimated drop rate.

The xp boost is per item, not per bar, same with the charges. This means that the 46.6 xp bonus is the same whether you use a 5 bar item, or a 1 bar item. Because of this, it saves more money if you do bolts.

Well the BGS is a piece of trash. DFS is good in my opinion, you can always sell back and it won't go down much more.

So either the items are completely useless, in which case it holds no discussion value except for people trying to glitch other items out of the game (Against the rules). Or people are trying to find out how to get the real items out (Against the rules). In either case this does not belong on tip it.

Encouraging others to break the rules, and wanting to break the rules yourself, nice. Every minigame has bugs like this when they first come out, we don't need a new thread for every little bug. So what, you got useless items out of the game, good job, now where is the discussion value in this except for trying to find more bugs and trying to exploit them to get them out of the game. I am wondering why a mod has not locked this, when is discussion on how to exploit bugs allowed on these forums.

This is like your 5th post on your pure asking what you should do with it, wasn't there some kind of pure you had in mind when you made the account? Maybe you should just train your main seeing as in the last month you haven't gained like any levels on your pure.
