Someone update the list! I checked today and all the numbers are at default or something... And if Home145 is on there, I saw Cowboyjo, who is a p-mod and has 1,323 total compared to Home's 1,321 total as of this post.

No. Yes. Yes. I ran avast! Antivirus (cba to 'buy' one; and Norton is really complicated and slow from what I've seen on my parents' computers) and after it finished its 40 minute search, it came up with nothing. I don't quite remember. What I've mentioned in the original post has been happening since the middle-end of October. It was this past week end when it started acting up on me. Hopefully when all this problem is resolved, we can get RuneScape and Java to behave normally WITH Adblock Plus in Firefox. I HAVE SOME GOOD NEWS: RuneScape works in Windows Internet Explorer! \ I have figured out a couple things: - Java 6 Update 10 works, since RS is running in Windows IE. I would like it more if it worked in Firefox, since that browser seems safer than IE. - ABP is not the culprit, although we will have to resolve some issues between it and RS's page loading system. - I DO have Tip.it's tabbed add-on, though I'm not sure if that has anything to do with this. - Now I'm down to Firefox itself. I have version 2.0, and I will upgrade to 3.0 if I must. I'll try anything you guys recommend after this post. Thanks for taking the time to help, though, D_V and everyone else! :D

I reinstalled Java 6 Update 10 today. Now when I click "Free Users - Click Here To Play," I see the normal tab bar that sits above the playing window... and then everything in the browser turns black. :x

I think it might be ABP, but for some reason, when I click on the big "Click Here To Play" button in Windows IE, the entire browser just closes down without notice. I have a feeling that the problem has to do with Java. I reinstalled Firefox 2.0 (which I'm more comfortable with than 3; when I downloaded 3, it kept randomly crashing on me), and now I'm going to see what happens. Edit: Ok, same thing happened with Firefox. I got into http://www.runescape.com, and then right when I clicked on the "Free Users - Click Here To Play," the whole browser shut down. :x

Hi, I have a slight problem. I open my Firefox browser and get onto the RuneScape website. I click on the button labeled "Free Users - Click Here To Play". 2/3 times, the page shows that it is loading, and then it stops. All I see is a black screen within the browser. I close the browser (or sometimes I'll minimize it and it closes down by itself for some reason) in hopes of starting over and entering RuneScape again, and then I get this message: [hide=] (Same window, I just scrolled down a little on the second image.)[/hide] What's an 'APPCRASH' / the problem? :? :(
