i did 93-99 mage at steels got 1 silver ore drop so yeah.. idea of how rare it is Darkdude has killed like 4-5k miths and ive killed around 1k no dfh or visage :P My first mithril dragon kill was silver ore. Then I killed 130 and didnt get a helm or visage :wall:

If we're talking about the money here, in those 8 mins for the run there is better money makers than that Why does growing time matter? You don't spend that time farming, and if you log out and stop playing for those 75 minutes, it's just as if they had grown instantly anyway. But if you prefer, you can call it 10k/minute. ok so if i runecraft, i go to the altar and make 30k profit, so the running time doesnt matter, just as if i didnt bank that way its like, 100k a minute so 6 mill an hour?

skeleton suit isnt old school old school for me was.. Seeing Ladykilljoy and running for my life i didnt know about the level rule in wilderness, i ran from like everyone but she was mega high combat at the time and i used to get ghostbumps in wilderness especially with her around so yeah i went for the ladder to mage bank scared.

Well since im going for 99 farming I just used mining as an example because it can get me more seeds for 99. I think it depends on your point of view for me time is money and in the time i plant and gather herbs i could make that money because you lose about 1k on tele runes 30k on seed and the compost etc i dont concider planting herbs as a great way of money

seems to me your saying that its a great skill because you use mining to make money? so basically its not the farming skill making you the great money its just a footnote, like for instance farming all you do is throw a seed in the ground see you later tree, its not a skill its a completely neglectable skill ive had a tree planted for 2 years now why? because it comes lowest on my priorities im not into greenpeace, i dont want to save the rainforest, farming is a really really bad skill imo.

yes because jagex read our thoughts.. the reason it goes slower is because you are anticipating it so it bugs you like when your close to a 99 your like "FFS WHENS IT GOING TO END" then as soon as you get the 99 it goes faster, for instance people that have like 40M xp in a skill.

jagex know what is rare they come up with the drop rates, and they have none mod characters themselves just like you and me who play sometimes so they know what players concider "rare" or good also.

I hope jagex keep doing half decent updates next year :\ wouldnt be suprised, they nerf pking, trading, next runescape! for mechscape LoL

Defender drops arent rare they're random, just like clues :)

Jagex really need to clarify how the ring helps because it "Increases Chances" either im incredibly lucky without and that wealth ring dulls my luck or that i dont have luck

so my 2 visages without doing slayer tasks, and camped roughly 4m mage xp at metals with and only getting like 3 skirts and about 4 legs, is increased rare drops?
