Agility, get to 22 agility (buy an agility pot) and do the grand tree quest, it'll get you to 30 agility and sav alot of time running around in circles. Thieving could do with some levling aswell. On the whole though you have good stats to start members again :)

Yeh you could snap the money up with staking a) if you have good stats B) if you enjoy risking stuff post stats if unsure.

They inform you I believe. Some offences are on the spot bans while other you have to make like 3 offences to be banned. However I don't think this is the moment to go testing Jagex's patience, they seem very ban happy lately.

6 levels is alot for a pure, sorry i think you should scrap him.
