Anyone who doesn't know this is an idiot. I'm the same way with girls. Looks count for something, but I like a girl with a great personality better than the hottest girl around because the girl I choose is going to be the hottest in my eyes. I think there's a period of time (Middle school? Beginning of high school?) that looks really matter, but after that, it becomes like you say. Then it barely even matters at all. Of course, there are those [bleeps] who value looks a lot more than personality though. I don't know about you, but when I see a girl for the first time, or even the second or third, the looks are generally the thing that drive me to either approach her or not [if you can include demeanor in looks]. Acting like you don't care about looks either means your below a 3, a terrible liar, or one of the very few completely non-shallow beings on this planet.

Ya, like I want more drunken idiots on the road. It's unfair but if the law saves lives, the law saves lives. I drink at parties even at an illegal age, and I wholeheartedly support the war-alcohol analogy, but dropping the drinking age is just going to dramatically increase alcohol related deaths, which are bad enough as is here in the States. If people could learn not to be stupid, I'd be fine with decreasing the drinking age (if not for also dodging the cops). But until that day comes in the US, if it ever does, I'd rather save some lives than let college students be even dumber they're freshman year.

The very fact that you posted it showed that you believed it had some credibility, where none existed. You're not stupid for it, you just didn't make sure it had good credentials before wholeheartedly accepting it.
