Actually, pretty sure it only works for Celestial Staff. Celestial Staff holds all runes. Staffs have unlimited runes of that type, so surgebox + staff = unlimited runes. Also, dunno what blastbox does.

Problem is no one plays it. One plausible theory about them releasing it early is that no one is playing the beta, so they're putting into the live game so players are basically forced to play it and give feedback, or quit.

Honestly, GW is harder then barrows, so the GW rewards should be better then barrows. So just make them a tier higher. Besides, it'll be virtually impossible to balance the recharge costs right - one of them will end up being clearly superior. They seem to want to make GW the better option. So why not just give it higher effing stats? And just leave barrows as an inferior, affordable highish level armour.

I heard of a nuzlock suggestion which basically says you can heal at the pokecenter if you get hurt in gym battles. A gym battle is a high profile fight, so its bad if pokemon get killed there. A street fight is less so. -shrugs- I just know I wouldn't have the discipline to follow through a nuzlock unless I grinded like [bleep].

I wanna buy an arcane. See if I can get lucky at glacors before EoC comes out? -shrugs- Also got Virtus recently, since I figure it'll be better with EoC.

80% of people support it because only 20% of people explicitly say they dislike it. You could easily turn it around to only 20% of players want it to come out now, 45% are undecided, 15% think it needs improvement and 20% don't like it. Other then rounding a few of the percentages, I think this view is just as valid as theirs. For the record, there's a difference between not rage quitting over it and supporting the update. Also, most players on this thread don't seem to be against the EoC as a whole, they just think it needs more work before it comes out.

From what I can tell, either using pure class armour gives some sort of not-shown bonus, or not using pure class armour gives a penalty. They really need to show us more information on this.

People who are invested into something frequently complain about it, that is correct. People invested in a game will often complain about things that don't warrant complaining, or about things that make the game better as a whole but are worse for that particular individual. However, this by no means allows you to dismiss complains on the ground that they are complaints. From what I know of EoC, it honestly isn't ready yet. They said it was coming out in 2013 at one point, suddenly it's like 2 weeks away.

Sooo, want to bind a celestial staff. Hoping it'll be good post EoC, and in theory it will. So, cursebearer floors 15-17, right? Main question is, can I get one solo'ing.

I think when someone said "this reeks of executive meddling" they hit the nail on the head. From what I've seen it needs a lot more work.

Speaking of role playing, I have a group of people that I get together with for table top games. We were supposed to eliminate or otherwise remove from power the leader of a city. How did we accomplish this? I had a three-some with her and her body guard. Now if only I got that lucky irl.
