Too much effort for little and cheesy rewards. Jagex likely thinks Citadels are still a big deal. What it boils down too. It's a lot of effort for a purely aesthetic reward. How to make citadels work: allow us to choose what skills we train there. I can train WC and get bonus WC at my clans citadel if I want. Idgaf about WC exp and WC is easy to train anyways. Instead of those bonus exp rings in skills you probably don't give a [harpie] about, give an exp reward to the skill of your choice.
