No, not really. A cop will try to bring the person to the ground and pin them instead of being a moron like you seem to think and going in bar fight style. Or tasers or pepper spray. Sure in the rare case that you have some ultra unruly guy trying to seriously hurt them they might have to, but they don't do it as a first resort Where do you live? Because in my state cops will hit people all the time, watch cops sometime and you'll see what i mean, but its not like they beat the hell out of them or anything just a few hits to keep them under control, its safer than pulling a taser and far less damaging than a gun. Actually they use an equal or slightly greater force than the person they are arresting. They don't use a tazer or a mace unless it's clear the guy isn't going to give up. If they don't have a weapon and they're attempting to evade arrest they can tackle them to the ground and beat the crap out of them 3 on 1 until they give up.

I also disagree with the original LoZ being #1. It really wasn't that great, even for a game of it's time. I also think The Sims shouldn't have beaten KH1 and 2, TF2, Borderlands, MGS4, and everything else it beat. The Sims has got to be the most boring game I have ever seen. It's like an RTS but without any action going on! It's watching fake people live a normal life. Most everything that you can do on The Sims you could do in real life if you would get off of the computer! But yeah, this list is crap just for having The Sims in the top 75.

I always seem to get idiots for teammates. For some reason people seem to think it's a good idea to run IN FRONT you while you're about to shoot somebody. And when a predator comes, they FOLLOW me! They also think it's a good idea to set up camp on a rooftop I'm already on. God some people are annoying. :wall:

The point is that even if we didn't give that fish a quick death or a long death it certainly would've been eaten alive by a shark, dolphin, or a pelican. What difference does it make if it dies a quick or a long death? It was going to be eaten anyways. It causes unneeded suffering. I would rather kill my own food before eating it. Why? because I empathize with living things, whether or not they would be considered below us or not. It's part of what seperates humans from animals. Some say that I would be comparing humans to animals. But some people have done the same thing. Some say that a grizzly bear would eat the fish alive, so why shouldn't I? That is saying that people should act like grizzly bears and eat things alive. What would that be, if not comparing a human to a grizzly bear? I respect life, whether it's a lower life form or not. It's part of what makes us human. Reverse the roles of you and the fish. If a fish was going to eat you would it give you a quick, humane death? No, it'd eat you alive. I'm not saying we should act like grizzly bears but instead, that it's ok to eat an animal alive, because not only would it do the same to us but also because if we didn't eat it, something else would.

The reason we don't eat our meat raw and alive like most animals is because we'd get sick if we didn't cook it, not because we're a "higher" species. We also can't hunt like a bear or a lion. We're outmatched in speed, strength, and protection compared to most animals. Because of this we need our food dead so it can't escape from us while we try to eat it with our not so sharp teeth and nails.

I don't get it. An animal on the same level of the food chain as us would eat any of us or anything lower without a second thought but we as humans, are feeling compassion and sorrow over a fish? If that fish wasn't going to be eaten alive by us it would've been eaten alive by something else. Why is it wrong when humans do it but natural when another animal does it?

I don't mind if the person I'm excorting will follow my every step. I do mind if I have to take the AI's path and we have to stop every 45 seconds so that he can "fix" something or rest because he has a sprained ankle or something.

And if I try to get on the game she'll pull the "Hey I was going to get on!" when she was flipping between Disney Channel, BET, and MTV and then run to tell my mom and then I'm off of the game and the computer...

This sucks. For some reason my school district thinks it's a good idea for middle school and elementary school to get out earlier than high school (It's a plot to get parents to pay for daycare I tell ya!) and my cousin just sits downstairs and watches TV all day. I'm probably just going to move the 360 upstairs and sacrifice 12" of TV. :sad:

You do QQ a lot. So far I think you're the only person in this thread to have a problem with the game in the first week. Something about unfixed spawns and clans. Don't forget when everyone was playing WaW. You were screaming about a certain gun being overpowered and how you couldn't snipe because those gunners would just spray.

If you didn't know, you can choose where you spawn and XBL party chat is only usable in like, 3 playlists. Join a party with your friend and you'll be on the same team as him.

I use the Submit to Authority title and Ghost's head. And if they're behind a wall next to the doorway which you can't shoot through? I just throw a stun/flashbang in so they aren't guaranteed to kill you. If you know he's next to a door in a corner you can just run in and stab him before he realizes what happened.

:blink: Yeah for real. Ill admit, I do get pretty PO'd but thats just crazy. When you start yelling at a camera and hitting a wall over a game, you know its time to quit. Obviously he had sense to stop after 17 hours (Must've been headshotted once too many times) but what I don't understand is why he didn't just go to sleep or something.
