I assumed this was aimed at me because of the solar power cars. That's it, cars. when we started, which I'll be assuming was 2009, we already had solar powered cars. I'm just mass producing these cars now in 2011 which doesn't seem too unbelieveable.

Italy only produces 166,600 barrels of oil a day. Would I be able to join NOPEC? While researching on more energy efficient vehicles we are now mass producing solar powered vehicles that can save enough energy to run throughout the night. We are working on applying this to air and watercrafts as well.

We aren't a violent group. As of now the EC is for trade convenience within Europe and protection. We can use the smaller landlocked countries for civilians to take refuge if war does break out.

Hello Finland. Would you like to alliance with the EC (European Confederacy). As of now we're the only alliance in Europe. Italy news ------------------- Museum finished, tourism at all time high. Focusing on building the economy by exporting motor vehicles, fashion products, and food processing. Seeking to buy natural rescources such as Oil, Natural gas, and lumber. Will attend meeting. EC news ------------------ Still looking for more members. Once all of Europe is within the EC we plan to head south and colonize Africa. @Doom: Italy is willing to sell you some of our jets.

Luxembourg is already in the European Confederation. Do you just want to join the EC instead? Also the EC would like to occupy all unclaimed countries of Europe if that will be acceptable.

Alright, I'm off for bed now. Hopefully things won't change to much by tommorow afternoon. To all European countries: Meol, Rpg, and I invite you in the European Confederation. With 3 other alliances being made and possibly a 4th if the US and Canada join together we may not stand a chance unless we join together. Together we can win this, or atleast get much further than if we weren't together.

The rest of the European leaders are asleep so we'll get them in tommorow. So far we've got Italy, Spain, and Luxembourg. Might as well get Portugal and Vatican in there as well.

I agree completely. With my technology and economy coupled with your considerable human resources, our alliance would be incredibly strong. If Russia were to join us too, then we would be free to control Asia as is our right. And we have our 3rd super power. What will happen now? War over Africa? War over North America? It's gettin' good!

@Rpg: How the hell did you get Vatican? You would've had to invade me to get that. Although I don't think you were allowed to take countries unless you were in an alliance, which you are now, and I don't think we can just start colonies out of nowhere in other continents. Also Luxembourg is the richest country in the world. What are you doing tariffing imports and stealing diamonds?

I think most of the old alliances have been broken. Definitely the UN. Of course, you can simply try to recreate those alliances. What the hell happened in these last 13 pages I wasn't here for? :ohnoes:

Alright, I claimed Italy awhile back and now I'm working on it. I'm looking good on military and I'm allied with the UN, EU, and NATO so I'll have quite the bit of backup if anyone tries to attack. I'll be taking 10% of Italy's military funding (3.3 billion) to work on the museum so that Italy can become the art capital of the world.

Is this guy allowed to take like 1/5 of the world? Pick a country not a continent.
