it is a long story the runescape server reboots when ever there putting a new update in other wise they just leave it on they need 2 reboot 2 upgrade the server

no dds may seem to be doint more damadge but the whip will awalys own dds look at your equimpment screen and see the attack bonus and use the highest type of attack bonus that will affect the battle -

yes i made it when my guy was around that lvl if u do have full lobbies use them right and u will be able to do it easy and if i where u id get a dragon anti shied if u dont have get a dragon anti shild or u dont have any hope at all
