Stuff your friend, keep working at your goals. No, defence is not a bad idea. Just keep working at your aims, and one day, when all your combat skills are 99, you will probably turn around to your friend and say "hey, remember that time that you said my character would never be good?" and you will either have a long laugh about the good ol' days or your friend will shut his face. You get the beneifit either way. 8-)

Well, in the ice caves there are lvl 57 ice warriors and 53 ice giants. Also if you go to elvargs lair just outside there are loads of lvl 45 skeletons. try either. If you have tonnes of food you could also try the lesser outside elvargs lair.

Chop yews, make mith and addy items, power-fish something till 68 for sharks. Theres tonnes you can do. plus your a member. You can fletch and high alch, you could easily pk or kill high npcs. In fact, the only skills you can't make much money in are farming and slayer.

2 million, are you serious. Dragon long is about 250k so dragon axe think its about 150k.
