i think not. i had membership once, and i changed to f2p and my armor still had it's stat bonuses. just not the weapon. I highly doubt that. Think of the advantage members would have in the free wilderness!

They are regular players with some uncontrollable advantages. Such as ... Hmm who should I trade? The normal player or that Player Mod offering the same price? Player Mods chat is seen even on 'off, friends, or hide'. They also have disadvantages like being consistently asked questions about the game and the crown etc. I think the pros and cons are about even.

Or you could just move your house to Taverly, Relekka, or Pollnivneach and not use the Lumbridge portal. Personally I have my house in Yanille with all 6 other portals.

Yep I totally agree. I missed both bunny ears AND scythe even though I was online both days. Jagex needs to open a little store as an added bonus to a holiday update, and let people buy the items they missed for 99K apiece. And of course the store vanishes after the holiday.
