  1. It just isn't the Oldschool experience without low quality video and an intrusive “Unregistered Hypercam” watermark at the top left.
  2. The old school way, of course. Unregistered Hypercam!
  3. Worst case scenario, you can always train it the oldschool way! (i.e. alching) That would be the 3rd time having to get 99 mage the oldschool way. No way, Jose :P http://[Use Quick Find Code]/[Please Use QuickFind Code]?317,318,342,65315555 It looks like they've patched out the free runes “bug” now.
  4. Worst case scenario, you can always train it the oldschool way! (i.e. alching)
  5. I finally decided to fight that Lesser Demon Champion that I got a challenge scroll for months ago.
  6. I just got my first 99 in Oldschool, as well as hitting the 1600 total milestone! I had a small house party when I was getting it. (Seriously, house parties need to go back in style!) This is me right after getting the cape. One interesting thing that I've noticed is just how similar my stats are now compared to back when I got my first 99 in the other RuneScape back in 2010.
  7. Because building mode in OSRS, especially with Fremennik-style wood, is all derped out. It looks perfectly normal otherwise.
  8. Guess who just got 80 construction and is now ranked among the top 100 players in the skill this guy
  9. So earlier today I did my Miscellania run that I do every couple of days. I got impatient waiting for someone to buy my maple logs, so I decided to just fletch them into maple longbows so that I would have something to alch later. While collecting flax and spinning it into bow string (because I'm too lazy to just buy the bow string myself), I found a war ship in the same room as the Seers Village spinning wheel! I didn't even know rares could spawn there. It's a neat little item, except for the fact that you can't do anything with it. <_< So I just stashed it into my POH toy box, completing my untradeable rares collection. (I almost took screenshots of the entire toy box, but then I realized that would be a lot of images to post here, so I didn't.)
  10. That Zombie Head has got to be the most annoying-to-find rare yet. <.< It took me three days of searching just to find it. Even the Ardougne Zoo Unicorn Cage worldhop trick wasn't enough, so I had to adopt a new method where I cycled through five spawns per world hop (the spawns at Zanaris otherworldly beings, Ardougne unicorns, Goraks, Piscatoris mine, and Piscatoris bank since they're all close to fairy rings). (when I logged in, I logged onto the exact square the zombie head was on, so I almost missed it) All-in-all, I found six (five if you don't count the one I got from killing the king goblin) half-wines before I found my zombie head. In other news, I also got my first 90 in a skill the day before yesterday.
  11. I was just minding my self, alching in Varrock west bank, when somebody started following me. He didn't say anything, so I decided to go for a nice walk. I wondered how far he would follow me, so I headed westward.
  12. So a couple of days ago, I was standing in the Lumbridge bank fletching maple longbows, and a marionette set appeared right next to me! I was alone (except for maybe a few bots), so I got it. Also, last night when I was slaying lesser demons, I got a champion scroll!
  13. I voted “No” on the gnomeball question without really putting any thought into why it would be included on the poll. Then again, it can't really be all that difficult for a bot scripter to just code in countermeasures to that anyways.
  14. I made a few calculations based on the current prices at Zybez, and it looks like Maples are the most profitable, with Mining and Fishing being essentially tied for second (though I'd imagine coal would be easier to sell). I had a gut feeling that maples/coal would be the best, but I figured it couldn't hurt to check.
  15. One that prefers a cleaner method of killing unicorns. On an unrelated note, Legends Quest complete! (next goals of mine are getting 60 defence and the money to buy dragon armor)
  16. I completed Underground Pass the other day. I forgot just how messed up that quest was. [spoiler=R.I.P. (not for the faint of heart)] But on a brighter note, I have all the requirements for Legends now, so I'll probably be doing that today.
  17. I am wondering, what are the best resources to assign workers to for making money from Miscellania? (with Royal Trouble also completed) Also, which resources will I likely have the easiest time selling to other players in OSRS?
