I wouldnt ditch it, but I also wouldnt keep my most important secrets on it either. Any software if not kept up-to-date can be un-secure. Freewebs has had a habbit in the past of not being so up-to-date. This may have changed by now. I don't know. You can post the url, but you may find it cencored on and off. This is one web site we have had to add and remove later from the cencor on and off.

We have from time to time had to cencor freewebs completly. It's not honestly the most secure free web site out there. Alot of people seem to be happy with invisionfree though.

It's an excel file, and not a program. File checked, and safe.

Looking at your recruit topic you could use maybe a clan banner, and at least 1 screen shot of a clan event. (Please do keep in mind there are limits on how many pictures you can have though.) You're on the right track.

There is no harm in posting in both recruitment boards. Be sure to clarrify each post though if you do choose to. In your skilling post, dont post anything about the combat side of things, and vise versa.

Ok, so maybe make it for "mass" amounts of things? Like instead of selling 1 set of addy at a time on the normal market boards, it would be selling 50 sets of addy at one time. Also would be for turning in logs/bars/feather (for a small fee) to another guild in trade for the arrows. Or trading 2k raw sharks for 2k cooked sharks and a small fee. (Just examples) What other sorts of things would a clan market be for? On a way to control that the clan market would not be used by just 1-2 people, maybe make it simalar to recruit board where each clan gets a thread. Would love to hear others ideas on making a clan market, and controlling those that sell in it.

Can you elaborate on what sort of clan market? It would have to be different from the market board section already on TIF. Being a skiller myself, I would love to see more skiller attention.

We're not thinking of making a tip.it clan. This topic is on having an events team for existing clans that use tip.it forums.

On the part of making a clan, would some cost come with this? Mostly there to stop people from making tones of clans. Like possibly the first clan a person makes would only cost 100 gp. If that person made a secound clan maybe 1000 gp, then 10 kgp, 100k gp and so on. simple to stop 1 person from making and re-making clans over and over. I would think a small amount like 100 gp would be easily atainable even for new players. Would the message all option only be for higher ranking clan members such as leader, co-leader, council? It could get aufully spammy if any clan member could do it. Definatly need a higher clan members cap. 100 is too small. Possibly a cap of 1000 (No clan that I know of has that many different members, but several people use more then one charater and may want their smaller characters to be in the clan also) The names of the ranks are a bit hooky, but thats just a small detail. Also many clans have far more lvl's within the clan make-up then the 4 you have sugested. Some have multiple leaders, and girls dont want to be called "King." The clan wars game, would this be f2p, and p2p? The concept of limiting the amount of people to only a 5v5 game seems a bit too strict. Why can't clans choose the fight rules (like dueling) and also choose how many vs how many? Some clans war with 100+ ppl in each clan. I would think a mini game to suport clans would have to be flexable enough to suport both the big and small clans. The amount of gp won you're talking about as "winnings" is too much. If 5 lvl 3's and 5 other lvl 3's go in and fight 5k is WAY too much for them to be winning. Possibly something other then gp as the winnings, and the amount of whatever the winnings are would scale to combat lvl of the average total players in that game. Another thing that was not touched on is if something like this came out, all the pre-existing clans would probally go to war with each other trying to get there clan name. Example: Person A would log in and quickly make a clan called "DS". Then log into another account and make the clan name "DI". Log into a 3rd name and make the clan name "BK". Forth name and make the clan "Gladz" and so on and so on. Suport for current clans would have to be in place before everyone was freely able to make new clan names. Without there are people out there that would take the name just in spite of the actual clans. It's a good start, but needs alot of tweaking. The few things I mentioned are just the begining of changes that would need to be made.
