  1. ROFL!! That was hilarious. Anyway, I also have no car... I could lie, but that would give you false hope. False hope corrodes the brain. Brain = Good. Brain > False Hope.
  2. Shawshank Redemption and The Butterfly Effect.
  3. Couldn't have said it better myself... The 60's, 70's, and 80's were the times when I think the best music came out. I prefer the 60's and 70's to the 80's but there were still good songs from the 80's. Anyway, I was born in 1992 and I almost only listen to rock from the 60's and 70's. I really love Eleanor Rigby and Hey Jude from The Beatles. From the time period that this topic is about, I would have to name Stairway to Heaven by Led Zeppelin.
  4. Bohemian Rhapsody Another One Bites the Dust We Are the Champions Bicycle Those are my four favorites.
  5. Nope but my friend does. I, myself, prefer the French Horn. Going into high school in August and I'm gonna be in the marching band. I'm looking forward to it. The people in band are awesome.
  6. I agree. I tried to make a sig with that render just for fun but the hat is cut off on all sides and it looked horrible. I ended up giving up.
  7. When I use the computer, my Mom will come in the room casually. I will look at her and she will say, "Don't worry, I'm not looking at what your doing..." Bull. My dad will flat out see what I'm doing. I just minimize everything and open solitaire or something. The worst thing is when I'm talking about something with a friend and they try to read it...
  8. I'm REALLY sorry about this being off topic, but how did you get it trimmed like that? Also, once you get it trimmed like that, I don't understand how you put it onto an existing sig/background/whatever. I read some tutorials, but they didn't help very much. I have Photoshop CS2 btw. Thanks in advance :D . Just so I'm not completely off topic, I know you didn't say you were looking for any CC, but the background in your sigs are kind of.. simple. Some of them just seem like you just filled it in with a gradient, and that's it. Sorry if you don't want any of this in your topic  . I just used the magic wand tool. You just kind of play with it until it selects the parts of the image you want to get rid of. As for putting it onto a sig, I just save the cropped picture and open it as a layer onto the sig I am making. I usually keep the white background on until I get it onto the sig. Then, I just crop the rest of the background off and I'm done. I use The GIMP. I don't feel like paying for a program and The GIMP seems just fine to me anyhow.
  9. Hello... I trimmed that render for you. It's on a white background now. You should be able to trim off the white... Btw... Nice choice of render. Hellsing is awesome...

I use The Gimp. I looked for a Save for Web thing but it doesn't have one...
  11. Freeze to death. I absolutely love the cold but I hate the heat. Also, I think freezing would be less painful. I mean, when you watch T.V. and you see someone burning to death, they are screaming and flailing and in extreme pain. But when you see documentaries about people stuck on mountains, they are calmly trying to stay warm. I imagine there is pain but not as much.

I can't seem to make any signatures that meet the file size limits. I always come up a little to large or way to large. Any tips on keeping the file sizes to a minimum?

Wow... Why do you post if you don't want people to tell the truth. Someone gave you a little criticism to help you get better and then you flip out. You want me to lie? Okay... I think it's a work of art. I don't think there are any improvements to be made and I think you should open up a business. You could probably print this stuff out and sell it for thousands of dollars a peice.

Yeah, I have to get used to making sigs. I always forget the border.

I've been posting kind of often in The Gallery but I've been creating different stuff and I like your opinions... Anyway, I was experimenting with The GIMP and I made these two sigs. I followed the same style and color scheme for the background but I was just practicing. Well, here they are: Well, what do you all think?
  16. Here is my horrible siggy.
  17. I like that one much better. Still simple but less boring in my opinion.
  18. It's nice. A little too boring for me. Also, the guy in the picture has a green outline in his hair. I'm not sure if you miscropped or if it is supposed to be there. Anyway, I think you should try and spice it up...
  19. I'm still new to this whole thing but I found a render that I liked and I decided to play around with it. It's still not perfect or anywhere close to perfect but I think I did okay for this being my 3rd thing I've made. C/C please...
  20. I took away the first picture and put in a different one. There was no point to the first one as it was just plain horrible.
  21. Okay, I got rid of the first one. I didn't like it. The colors didn't match and it just didn't look right. Anyway, here is one I just finished. This would be my second attempt but my first completed. I know a lot of you don't like anime but I used it anyway. As for the text, I couldn't think of anything so I just put the characters name. The text is kind of hard to read but I can fix it later if I want to. Well, c/c what I got plz...
  22. I started working on this signature. I figured I would do something easy. I created the background and I like it for the most part but I run into this problem when putting the render onto the background: How am I supposed to make the background overlap the white areas?? Btw, the program I am using is "The GIMP".
  23. Well, I decided to try and crop a render. I just wanted to get rid of the background and keep the two main subjects in the picture. Here is how it went: That was before... And that was after... I used the lasso tool and just removed parts of the background. Is there an easier way to do this or is there anything I am doing wrong? I just want some advice...
  24. Hmm... I just did a frog... Yay for froggies... Anyway, I got bored and decided to try something a little less abstract. I know it isn't very good and it's still very small but I'm taking baby steps... Well, here it is: Btw, I meant for the shape to be unrealistic. I know frogs don't actually look like that.
  25. You have talent and those dancing blobs in the nightclub own.
