I thought Spinning in Lumby castle is the fastest? Well if it isnt, it is very close second, and you don't need energy pots there either, because you don't run much. what would you use as a bank? (and yes, it seems seers is the easiest wheel to spin at)

i DID help basically, just get high str, att just enuff for you preffered wep, prayer 1, def 1, and mage, range, and hp as high as possible
