So I sit here, all upgrades make to ship, port and leveling crew. Nothing much to do other than collect a bit of steel and jade for crew replacements. Only got a 30 spice special tonight. I rerolled all of my voyages for 2 chi and another 30 spice. Sent all three... Sigh. This will make needing 42 chi for sea singer legs, 18 plate for tetsu legs and 86 lacquer for death lotus chest.

Restating again for others, but max port upgrades is 26. For some reason I was hellbent on finding a 27th.

Keep the JoD and merch on hold for recruit should one die. Keep hunting the ox head then get another and standby. If a crew member dies just reroll the merch I think.

It was included during the GWD graphical update. I suppose it was included in their god wars storyline blending. They probably added it to show that Sliske was in fact here instead of relying exclusively on lore stating so.

For some reason I've been waiting to pick up my 3rd ox head once my crew levels diminish down to one straggler... Why I don't know. By the way chimes are soft capped at 200k. That means in a day you can go over 200k, but it resets either after logging out or at midnight GMT.

Yeah I've been saving resources too. Got enough for 3 statues when I get all scrolls. I also got 5k cherry wood and 7500/20000 steel for the last workshop and warehouse upgrades. One more scroll for vampyrism then off to elements scrimshaw.

How is this any different from public chat (or themed friends chats)? Its not any different, but I would suppose its a change in how the system works due to the game not having any loading zones. Then again the global chat looks like its a separate piece from the rest. I suppose it may even be a separate entity that can me pulled up or hidden at a whim. I would like to go into this beta with a positive forward thinking mindset. At the best I could see a global chat offering the players the opportunity to find other players looking for certain things such as teams, assistance, etc. I could honestly see players going about their business, pulling it up occasionally to say something like "LFM nex, 5 man w/ drygores." Speaking of which it would be interesting if chat could be copy and pasted into the chat (pending a few flood control mechanics being introduced).

Just because its called "global chat" doesn't mean its literally the whole world. For all we know global might mean certain locations. Damn, go play WoW for a bit.... Global chat, in WoW, is the chat in certain zones. For all we know jagex could have certain zones such as the clan camp, falidor, etc. or even have a designated radius for picking up player chat. EDIT: If you didn't notice action bars went from 12 to 14 slots which allows for more stuff to be added into rotation. I honestly see this addition because of the noticeable stress in trying to add potions, prayers, food, etc. into one bar while trying to keep a decent combat rotation inside the bar.

Another scroll voyage, random voyage for 2 TG and a special 5 TG voyage. I am satisfied tonight. One more scroll for cruelty then I think I'll get the bleeding one.

What do you mean? Having buffs similar to momentum where certain stats are increased/decreased by percentages.

They have in the past asked people to accept the use of a program that automatically grabbed their computer specs. This is probably still in storage for use. You may have accepted this in the past.

I really wish they would make stances in game instead of forcing people to pick certain armors classed as offensive/defensive. This is really bugging me....
